Our property manager will personally meet you for check-in (during regular business hours) when available to help familiarize you with our property, the rules/guidelines and answer any questions you may have.

We also have a front desk with staff available around the clock for onsite assistance and questions.

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal, a water dispenser stocked with free water for your stay (it dispenses room temperature, hot and cold water on demand), Nespresso maker with starter supply of pods, a drip coffee maker (with coffee and filters), coffee grinder, French press, and electric tea kettle!

The condo's open floor plan boasts a large main floor living space with queen size pullout sofa (with gel mattress topper available upon request), room for 8 at our custom made Tzalam dining table, a dedicated work space in the main floor master bedroom and a stunning second master bedroom​ with dreamy canopy bed on the rooftop and two walls of floor to ceiling glass doors to enjoy panoramic sunrise and sunset views.

Lightning fast fiber optic internet (300mbps) with mesh wifi system to ensure connectivity throughout the space. Save room in your luggage for all the amazing souvenirs you'll find at nearby shops, as we provide a free in-unit washer and dryer (soap and dryer sheets included), yoga mats, beach bags, beach towels and hotel style safes in the two master bedrooms.

Building amenities include a commercial grade water softener and backup generator power for running necessities in the event of a power outage (guests are kindly asked to conserve power by not running ACs or washer/dryer while on generator power), and front desk staffed around the clock to assist with basic requests, booking a taxi, dining recommendations and more. No need to drag your heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs as the building's elevator is just a few steps from the door to your unit. Week of fun!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The condo provides more amenities than we needed, but were awesome to have. We loved the rooftop pool and will come back for that. We requested a couple of extra items and they were delivered promptly with no issues. The hosts and their guide has the BEST recommendations. We rented a car and went to Chichen Itza, Xplor, the beach several times and around town. I highly recommend Estrella Maya for your next family vacation!

As beach lovers, we used to frequently visit all-inclusive resorts, but were always ready to be home by the end of the trip so we could have our own space (instead of sharing a room with the kids) and enjoy a meal without having to worry about the resort's dress code and dealing with reservations. At the same time, travelling to any new place, especially in a foreign country involves a lot of planning, research and work, which is what made all-inclusive resorts are so appealing. When we decided to purchase our first vacation property, we really wanted to create a different experience, one where you wouldn't need a "vacation from your vacation" and instead could come home from a trip refreshed and renewed.
