Welcome to our Beach House on Fresh water John'd Pond!! Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, with an Indoor heated pool, and Dock, So bring your own boat, waterskies, jet ski's, and paddle boards kayaks, and don't forget your bathing suit! Stainless steel appliances, stainless steel gas grill, nice patio furniture, Horseshoe pit, basketball hoop, zipline, outdoor shower, cable and WIFI, professionally cleaned,
2 Large screen TV 50+ inches in livingroom and master bedroom. Have dinner on the deck and watch the boats go by after a long day reading on the hammock or end your night soaking in the indoor heated pool.

Our home is a short walk to John's Pond Plaza, Dunkin Donut's coffee, Dino's Family Pizza, The Wall Chinese food, and Walking distance to Brick yard Market Place :Pizza Guyz, Stylish 10 Nail Salon, and the White lion bakery!

Checkout the Mashpee common's (It is a few miles , maybe 3)at for shopping dining and entertainment. You will find shops like the Gap, the Black ad White Store, Cold Water Creek, Talbots, Marshalls, and Game Stop. Also Roche Brothers and Super Stop and Shop. The Mashpee Cinema, Starbucks and many many more....
