The Space:

Beautiful four bedroom home with huge patio and salt water pool in West Barnstable! Bring all of your family and relax by the pool or spend the day at the nearby beaches.



Three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main living area plus an inlaw suite with an additional bedroom with two king size beds and another bathroom.



Recently updated kitchen with six seats at the dining table and four at the counter for enjoying home cooked meals. Everything you need: gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, plenty of plates, bowls and wine glasses.



RARE four full size bathrooms plus an outdoor shower so there will never be a line at the bathroom. Two are on the main level, one on the second level, and one in the inlaw suite.



The master ensuite bathroom has a grand jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and water closet.



For help with sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: main level with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, this bedroom is pool side.

Master Suite: second level with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 3: second level and has two twin size beds.

Bedroom 4: Lower level ensuite lower level and has two full size beds.



The outdoor space is ready to impress! Features an in ground saltwater pool (seasonal), covered patio, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, and badminton/volleyball net.



Other features to note:

-Comfy living room with plenty of seating and large smart TV for streaming plus cable channels

-Smart TVs can be found in the in-law suite, the living room, upstairs master, and the first floor bedroom.

-Central AC to keep you cool this summer! (clarify it says central then it says there is a split in the master)

-Hardwood floors throughout

-For mobility: three steps to the first level, ten to fifteen to reach the second floor

-Gas fireplace for cool Cape evenings

-Parking for up to 5 cars

-Less than a fifteen minute drive to Sandy Neck Beach on the bayside and Craigville Beach on the oceanside.



Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



Guest Access:

Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!



The Neighborhood:

Less than a fifteen minute drive to Sandy Neck Beach on the bayside and Craigville Beach on the oceanside.



Other Things to Note:

All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



The house appears to be completely isolated but actually directly abuts some elderly neighbors, specially the pool is by their back porch. In respect to our neighbors: No pets, parties, partying, or general rowdiness. Music played outside cannot be above conversation level and must be turned off by 8PM. No large speakers or DJs of any kind allowed. Pool/hot tub closes at dark or 9PM whichever is sooner. Quiet hours begin at 9PM and nobody should be on exterior spaces including the outdoor dining area past 9PM.



POOL: You must sign the pool waiver form in order for us to provide keys to the pool area. If your reservation is not in the peak summer we make no assumptions that the pool will be open during your stay. Please ask us before reserving to clarify this.



Part of the agreement:

In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:

-No additional guests without host approval

-No parties. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside, within 50ft of the outside or near window.

-No pets are allowed at the house.

-No sublet and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval.

-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages



No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
