Conveniently located between Port Aransas & Rockport, the Tranquility Bay House is the perfect place for beach & fishing trips! You will be only 1 min from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown Harbor, 8 min from the Port Aransas Ferry, & 12 min to Rockport. HEB is around the corner! You have 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Roku TV, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, 2 queen, trundle day bed. Free parking for 2 vehicles/boats & there is street parking if needed.

Tranquility Bay is unique because we offer a spacious, affordable 3 bedroom house that can accommodate 7 people. Fully equipped with 2 queen, 1 double, and 1 single bed, a full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and WiFi, you will be fully prepared for your trip!

Can park next to the house and street parking.

Pets must be approved by us before bringing them. No pets on any furniture or beds. Must clean after pet.

Location Location Location

This place is the perfect spot for a getaway. It is close to everything and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, HEB, a bakery etc. Very short drive to the ferry and beach!. The home is very cute and was stocked with basic necessities. No TV's in the bedrooms but that is only a personal preference. Definitely going to be back!

There was a lot of dead and alive bugs on the floor when we arrived, some dishes were not cleaned upon arrival, check in process was easy, location was an alright spot, H-E-B right across the street which was convenient and boat ramps not far away.

I am sorry there were some bugs on the floor. We will reach out to the pest control company. I wish your stay would have been better. We pride ourselves on making sure the house is clean and ready to go. Those little rolly Polly bugs are in season and are working to make sure they stay out of the house.

There is a mouse living in the house, and I am so glad that my wife never saw it. She said that she saw a big roach, but nothing about the mouse, and I never saw the roach. Mayb same thing. The blinds in the bedrooms let in too much sun light during the day, when we slept, as we fished all night and slept during the day. The water in the bathroom sink came out only in a trickle, both hot and cold. The flooring in the kitchen needs repair, as several pieces of boards are broken out.

Parents, grandparents, and kids in one spot!

The space is larger inside than it appears in photos/from the outside. Very clean. Cupboards very well stocked with all essential cooking implements (pots, skillets, glassware, flatware, coffeepot, etc.). Simple, fun decor. Lots of light sources. Being HEB-adjacent made for quick food/beverage runs. Conveniently located near Port Aransas and Rockport. Multiple streaming services on flatscreen TV. Would definitely stay here again!
