This one story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront house with dockage's is in a quiet neighborhood and was just built 2 years ago. It has large, covered patios in the front and back with BBQ's and an indoor/outdoor kitchen and dining room.
You will have free use of my fishing rods & reels, bikes and Kayaks.
There is a community Beach and Boat Ramp.
There are 20 restaurants within a mile and 50 within 5 miles.
Plenty of Free parking in front of the house.

Why they chose this property
It is a quiet waterfront community with a very nice beach, yet close to over 25 restaurants, 2 supermarkets, CVS & Walgreens. Traffic is light in tis area.
What makes this property unique
It is about a mile from the canal that connects the Bay with the Ocean.
