Spacious Key Largo bayfront home with sandy beach in tropical garden on one acre with spectacular bay views and sunsets. Relax on the large porch with ceiling fans. Sunbathe on the beach or enjoy water activities using the kayaks, fishing tackle FREE. Children will enjoy the beach and toys provided. The beach house was built for family vacationing. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Dining room situated by massive windows to view the clear, blue water.
First floor bedroom has a kingsize bed with adjoining bath. Second level masterbedroom has a kingsize bed with adjoining bath, second bedroom has two twins with convert for kingsize bed with adjoining bath, last bedroom loft area with two twins.
The beachfront is shared with two homes on the property.

We stayed here on a girl's trip, there were five of us. On the second night we noticed the up stairs was not cooling off, the air blowing was not cool no matter what we tried with the settings. It was 83 degrees when we tried to go to bed. The very next morning 6:15am I messaged Martha asking her to send someone out to fix the AC. She quickly responded and had a repairman out to the property to fix the issue. We were out most the day and when we returned it was working, it was nice and cool up stairs, and we were very grateful. Most importantly this occurred on a Saturday with no hesitation. Martha was quick to handle the situation and the rest of our trip we never had another problem. Thank you Martha! The location is spectacular, to have your own beach to kayak, and watch the sunrise and sunset, it was wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us. The inside was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for us as we always gather around the table and play cards. Close to restaurants and Publix is just down the road. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back. If you stay here, I recommend Henrietta's for breakfast and CC's Pizza for dinner.

80th Celebration

We were all gathered to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday. Your place filled the bill. The water, the beach and the privacy. The sunsets were spectacular. We ranged in age from 14 to eighty and it met everyone’s needs. Some family came for the entire stay and others came just for the day.

We had a wonderful vacation here. It was great for swimming and snorkeling even around the dock where two nurse sharks live. We saw so much sea life! My “must do’s” advice is to 1) take the kayaks (provided) out at sunset 2) go to Pennkamp Park and kayak the Mangroves 3) Go to Islamorada and feed the tarpons at Robbie’s 4) eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at Snooks Bayside! Best French toast I’ve ever had! 5) Visit the Shell World store for souvenirs and pretty things. The house was a great size to host a big family! Such a great place for a family vacation! Would stay here again!
