Lower Ground floor:
1 twin bedroom, playroom with pool table, bar, shower/WC.

Ground floor:
Kitchen, 7,5 meter high celing with enclosed balcony hall, dining area with direct access to the pool, one twin bedroom with air condition, TV and private patio, one shower/WC.

First floor:
One double bedroom with A/C, TV and private balcony, one single bedroom with TV, A/C and a private balcony, one more balcony with panoramic views.

Outdoor area:
Private Swimming Pool 25sqm, dining table and chairs, lounge seats, parking for two cars.

When entering Villa Antonios, you can see the living room, the kitchen and the dining area. There is also a twin bedroom with its shower/WC. At the lower ground floor you will find a twin bedroom, a billiard playroom and a shower/WC. On the first floor there is the master bedroom that includes a large bathroom with HydroJet massage, and there is also a single bedroom. Bathrobes, beach towels, toiletries and slippers are provided.

The villas are fully air conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV & Home-Cinema. All have a living room with a fireplace and kitchen with washing machine, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and toaster.

Why they chose this property

Skouloufia, a beautiful traditional village of Crete, is located 17km southeast of Rethymno and is only a few-minute drive from the beach. The village is the ideal base to explore the many historical and natural attractions of the region. The area has historical monuments from the Byzantine era and the Venetian occupation, like a fountain built by the Turks, with an inscription in Arabic. In the village we find old Byzantine churches, with ornate carvings and a complex of well-preserved buildings from the Venetian era.The ancient city of Eleftherna and the historic Monastery of Arkadi are approximately 5km away, while the traditional village of Margarites is about 12km away.
