Island Paradise is a 3 bedroom 3 bath Intracoastal waterfront home overlooking a sandy island. Relax in unique, custom designed pool and fish off the dock. The Gulf's legendary white sand beaches are only two blocks away. The living room is equipped with queen murphy bed and pull-out sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests, max 8. Guests use pool, dock and water toys at their own risk. 6 person golf cart is available for your use!

Spectacular home with amazing views!! Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale.

Our family had an amazing week! The pool and dock were perfect for us. Our grandchildren caught lots of fish from the dock. The boys kayaked to the island for sunrise and fishing every morning. The house and area are beautiful! Thank you Zoie for an awesome, stress free week!

This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie.
