We are native Ohioans, proud Buckeyes born and raised. We've raised two wonderful daughters here and have now entered the empty nest phase. Tim is a Hocking Technical College alum, currently excelling in the pavement maintenance industry. Meanwhile, I pursued dreams of child education at The Ohio State University, though I didn't complete my degree. Despite that, I had the privilege of realizing my dream and recently retired as a middle school secretary.

This charming beach town, filled with family-owned businesses, provides the personal touch we've always sought in a beach community. Stepping out of our door onto the sand, watching sunsets from the balcony, and leisurely walks to local restaurants make each day special. More than just a townhouse, White Sands is our cherished home. With only 4 other units in the building, it's a tranquil spot graced by beautiful sunsets. We're incredibly fortunate to have this beach haven, where we create lasting memories with our loved ones. And the best part? Sharing this haven with guests, knowing they too are making their own cherished memories.
