The place was better than expected. Location for us was perfect and the space was super comfortable. Will try to stay here every year we come out to visit family. Top notch!!

Paul was great and the property was perfect. We needed a place to stay for a couple nights and this was perfect. We had some small questions while staying and Paul was quick to get back to us and solved all issues. Would recommend to other guests and if we’re in the area again this will be the top of our list!

The rental was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We stayed the same weekend last year and it felt just as fresh this year as it had then.

This was our 4th or 5th stay with Paul. Excellent host, we'll cared for and makes regular improvements. We travel to the area 3-4 times a year and it is our favorite!

Great spot for a short stay

Great spot for what we needed during our time in town for a wedding weekend. Would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Perfect stay

The place was the perfect size, great hospitality, I felt like I was at home. Easy and accessible and the welcome basket was the cutest!

Cozy with really nice touches

More spacious than it looks with a very comfortable bed and lovely little touches. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Kitchen provided opportunity to eat-in. Layout and ability to relax in living area was great. Washer/dryer was a great bonus. Bed was very comfortable. Just was great!

Modern, spacious and immaculate!

Property was very modern, clean and spacious! The hosts ensured we had all the ammenities that we could possibly need. Would definitely stay there again. Great location near Buhl Park and Muscarella's!

Great place!

The host(s) were very communicative and accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and very clean, and there are plenty of ammenities provided. Check-in/ out instructions are clear and simple. If I ever need to be in the area again, I would absolutely stay here!

Great Apartment

The apartment was perfect for us--it had everything we needed. Great parking, well-equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. The bed was super comfortable, which after the long days we had was very appreciated! The hosts were very kind and always available for questions. Would stay again and absolutely recommend it to others!

Very nice quiet place to stay!

So cute inside and just perfect for the 2 of us! Very clean! Quiet area! All the extras that this place had for us to enjoy while we stayed were very thoughtful! We enjoyed eating at Muscarellas Cafe Italia (which we actually walked to and then another place with good food was Erie Canal Bar n Grille (which we drove to)

Clean, comfortable, and Good Communication

We found the rental to be just as described online. It was very clean when we arrived and furnished just right so as to be comfortable. We had two quick concerns/questions, which I messaged and to which the owner replied right away. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, e came and went with ease, and I enjoyed the outdoor area in the rear — a great place to sit quietly in the mornings. We will look to stay in this rental when we return to the area!
