Wake up to stunning views, hike in Zion, then unwind in our cozy and grounding space. Picture yourself sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying the sunset from the hot tub, or stargazing by the fire pit. Adventure awaits, and our A-frame is your cozy home base.

Our newly build a-frame style cabin was designed to help you feel comfortably grounded while you rest from exploring the beauties of Southern Utah.

Don’t want to give up luxury amenities while experiencing nature? Our cabin has freaky fast internet so you can post your pictures of the views from the hot tub quickly.

This unique and cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, with accommodations for up to 6 guests. You'll find one bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep, a cozy loft (bedroom 2 accessed by wood ladder) with a queen sized bed that's perfect for stargazing, and a convenient and surprisingly comfy queen size pullout bed in the living room.

In the kitchen, you will find all of the essentials you’ll need and then some. So whether you're a seasoned chef or more of a "microwave magician," this kitchen is your playground.

The living room is equipped with games, books, and a smart TV so you can choose the perfect movie to help set the vibe.

To top it off, our hot tub is the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring, all while taking in the stunning views of the majestic mountains that surround us. The cabin is located in a town called Glendale. Glendale is a beautiful small town just 20-25 minutes from the entrance to Zion. Know that Zion is a large national park and that there aren’t short term rentals actually in the park, so some hikes might be 30 minutes from the entrance. Glendale is a small town and water pressure can sometimes be lower than what you might be used to. It's usually not a problem, but we want you to be aware in advance. With a quaint feeling and unique pioneer history, this Glendale is the perfect getaway place to unwind while being conveniently located close to the best gems of Southern Utah.

The a-frame house is absolutely incredible - everything is top-notch which makes you just want to stay in the cozy home, but then there is also Zion and Bryce to explore… Would definitely come back again, we had a wonderful time!

Incredible place for visiting southern Utah

An extremely well thought out, newly built cabin in Glendale Utah. It sits up on a hill in what seems to be a new subdivision of vacation homes, but this is the only one complete in the area. I typically don't book VRBOs unless they have reviews, but I'm glad we did for this one. Don't hesitate! There is a bedroom with a comfy queen bed in the back of the cabin. In the main living area there is a loft with another queen bed. Then an open concept kitchen/living room with tons of space. On the porch there is a sweet hot tub with amazing views of the area. Everything is brand new throughout. The cabin is very well sound proofed, so we never heard any of the crazy roosters in the valley below. Very dark skies, so awesome star gazing right off the porch. We visited Zion and Bryce and it's almost smack dab in the middle. About an hour into both. We've stayed in at least 25 vacation rentals over our years of travelling and this is firmly in our top three. Might even be the best!

Conveniently located between Zion National Park (about 25 minutes away from the north entrance) and Bryce Canyon National Park (just under an hour), our quiet, small-town setting lets you experience the beauty of the region without constantly changing accommodations.

In addition to the national parks, you’ll find several hidden gems nearby, like the stunning Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, which is only 20 minutes away and great for hiking, off-roading, and photography. You’re also within easy reach of places like Cedar Breaks National Monument, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and the scenic East Zion area.

Glendale itself is a peaceful rural community, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. It offers the quiet charm of country life, with star-filled night skies and wide open views. If you're looking for a central location with small-town comfort and access to world-class scenery, this is it.
