1) PARKING DETAILS:
-PAID Gated Parking available @5/day per automobile. Photo of the vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced.
-Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs)
-Do NOT park in off-street front parking spaces along 1903 Commonwealth. They belong to the commercial office building next door.

2) The unit is located on the second floor.

4) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

Thanks for the hospitality!

Clean, comfortable room. Nice full kitchen. Was perfect for me (solo traveller) for a weeklong work conference. The neighborhood has really neat architecture and art, parking on the street was no issue.
