Very clean and comfortable place. Right across the street from a nice bar/grill with a pretty inviting patio area . I really didn’t hear any noise from the bar so the house is apparently well insulated too.I’d stay there again for sure!

Beautiful and clean inside

Hunter did such a great job of keeping us informed of our stay and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The house was easy to find and we felt safe walking our dog through the neighborhood. The house had everything it said in the description. It was clean and comfortable and just the right size for three adults. Her daughter stayed in one room and my husband and I stayed in the other room. There is a restaurant across the street and it can get quite busy in the evening, but once we were in the house we really didn’t hear too much and then when we went to bed at night, we turned on our sound machines and slept really well. We would stay here again.

Good all around

Good location if trying to stay near central Houston. Traffic in Houston can be brutal, so I am a strong believer in staying as close to where I am working while in town.Bar/restaurant across the street was great convenience, there is dedicated off street parking, and the layout is very accommodating for more than one traveler. Just be mindful this area has train tracks not far from it, and though the trains keep the horn off you can still hear it rumble by if you are an extremely light sleeper. I had no issues as I am a heavy sleeper

This Place Was Great

I was in town at my company's headquarters for training and not only was this home conveniently located it was so cozy and perfect to come home to everyday. Granted the bar/grill across the street was pretty loud some nights because of holiday festivities and parties, I still shut the bedroom door and slept like a baby every night with no problems. They had everything I needed, and it was spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've encountered in a rental home, and honestly I almost hated to leave. I enjoyed it thoroughly

Cute cottage with everything you need!

This cute cottage was very comfy and had everything we needed--all the little details. And the bar across the street was so fun. We had a great Houston visit. There is some noise from the bar at night and occasional trains, but with white noise--not an issue.

Just as advertised in Houston TX

Clean, modern, in a great location and it was the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. There was a nice two-person seating area on the front porch, perfect for morning coffee, meals and one or more adult beverages while we enjoyed the goings-on across the street at the local restaurant / bar.

Just Great!

This is the second property with Hunter that we stay at and like the other is exactly as described. Communication with Hunter was easy and he always responded promptly. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed. The bar in front was a plus in case we didn't want to go far for food or drinks, though location makes it accessible to so many options. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Bungalow is perfect for a stay in the Houston Heights area. Place is as advertised and has everything you need. Hunter was a great host and provided restaurant recommendations in the area.
