Whether you're seeking a family vacation, a peaceful getaway, or some quality time with friends, this is the perfect destination. Beach access is just steps from the front door. An unparalleled coastal retreat that features a tasteful blend of contemporary design and beachy charm. The reverse floorplan house features an open-concept living space at the top floor to capture the breathtaking views. Step outside onto the generously sized screened-in deck with a comfy lounge area and outdoor dining table for the whole family. This is our absolute favorite place to enjoy the expansive bay views and morning sunrise while sipping on a cup of coffee. The heart of the beach house is also a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample quartz counter space.

The four bedrooms all feature views of either the bay or the surrounding lush Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses and has ample space and privacy to provide you and your family a tranquil sanctuary. 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 bunk beds (Twin over Full size).

Beach access is literally steps from the front door. Just walk to the beach path at the end of the property and spend your days building endless sandcastles, swimming in the bay, beachcombing, or watching dolphins play. After a leisurely day at the beach, wash off the sand in a conveniently located outdoor shower. This outdoor space also features a 4-burner gas grill with side-burner.

During the summer season, make sure to visit the Broadkill Store, located conveniently across the street. The store is a community favorite, featuring homemade donuts, sticky buns, fresh coffee from a local roaster, sandwiches, pizza, and Hershey ice cream. You'll also be able to find some last-minute essentials, candy, fresh local produce, bait and tackle, and unique Broadkill souvenirs! We love to visit the store often (open to the end of Sept).

If you're driving an electric vehicle, you'll love the added benefit of having access to a Level 2 universal wall charger (both NACS and J1772). Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended getaway, you'll never have to worry about finding a charging station – it's right on-site!

Guests will have full access to the entire house with the exception of a small storage closet on the 1st floor.

Keep in mind that this house is built on pilings, so guests must be physically capable of climbing stairs to reach the living space.

Please note that bed linens and towels are NOT included, as is typical of most Broadkill Beach rentals. Local recommendations for rental packages can be provided upon request. Pillows and freshly laundered light blankets are included on all beds.

During the main Summer months, there is a 7-night minimum stay requirement, with a Saturday to Saturday check-in and check-out. You will need to click on a Saturday to see availability.

Two outdoor mounted floodlights with cameras face the driveway and rear of house. Not actively monitored, and reviewed solely in emergencies and for security when property is vacant. We value privacy and have no intention of using this to monitor guests. There are no cameras located inside the property.
