The main floor features an open-concept layout with a gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and a cozy living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace—perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen opens directly onto a covered patio equipped with a large gas grill and Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, ideal for outdoor dining.

An adjacent patio features a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and fire pit, offering panoramic views of Mount Mitchell and the Blue Ridge Mountains—a perfect place to relax and soak in the scenery.

Also on the main floor is the primary bedroom suite, which features floor-to-ceiling windows, a sliding glass door, and incredible views of Mt. Mitchell, the tallest peak east of the Mississippi. The bedroom includes a 75” 4K TV for relaxing in comfort. The private en suite bathroom offers dual sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, and a smart toilet, providing a spa-like experience and added privacy.

On the lower level, the family room invites guests to enjoy games, books, or movies on the 85” 4K TV after a day of hiking, biking, pickleball, or exploring nearby attractions. The second and third bedrooms (King and Queen beds) are also on this floor, each with ceiling fans, floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, and large 4K TVs—perfect for relaxing in privacy while enjoying views of wildlife.

A second refrigerator is located on the lower level for added convenience. The guest bathroom includes a large tiled walk-in shower, sink, and toilet with bidet function. The laundry room features a GE front-load washer and dryer with steam and smart dispenser, plus a double-basin utility sink.

Unwind under the stars in the 5-person hot tub/spa while taking in amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The property includes ample parking, outdoor lighting on both levels, and covered parking with direct access to the lower level.

Please Note: This home is located in High Rock Acres, a quiet mountain subdivision with gravel roads that may be bumpy in areas. There are no streetlights, so arriving before dark is advised. Roads are accessible by all vehicle types, including 2WD. 4WD is only recommended during snowy or icy conditions.
Exterior security cameras are installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property. Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, parking area, and spa area for property security. There are no cameras inside the home.
Due to impacts from Hurricane Helene, some roads are still undergoing repairs and improvements. You may encounter construction zones, narrow stretches of roads, or occasional detours.
