Cottage by the Pass, unité en bas, offre tout le charme des jours passés ainsi que toutes les commodités modernes. Cottage by the Pass est situé à quelques pas du sable blanc, sans rues à traverser. De l'autre côté de la rue se trouve John's Pass Village et Boardwalk. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine spacieuse avec des comptoirs en travertin et écoénergétique sous la contre-laveuse et la sécheuse. Planchers de bois dans le salon et les chambres. Les salles de bain ont un tout nouveau look avec des douches en marbre. À l'extérieur des portes françaises à l'arrière est un patio avec un gril à gaz. En face, il y a un grand patio avec une clôture blanche avec un paysage tropical luxuriant. S'il vous plaît également voir le studio à l'étage dans ce chalet sur Home Away # 351556.

This cottage is wonderful. The location is excellent and the house was brand new when we visited in November. The beach is just steps away and the boardwalk is just across the street. We'll definitely be back...

Family Vacation

My family and i enjoyed our trip at the beach. We especially enjoyed this cottage at the pass. The location is excellent and the property is like staying in your home away from home. Truly recommend staying here and we will return again in the future.

Awesome Beach

The beach was close to the cottage & the water was awesome! The cottage had a great patio to sit and have coffee and a supply of beach gear including canopies & some chairs… the kitchen was spacious & each bedroom had a bathroom - great place for a vacation- close to the pass .

Great location

This place is great for two couples or a small family. Just a block from a wonderful beach, with white sands and across the street from all the shops and restaurants of John’s Pass. The house had everything we needed and then some.

1st time to Florida

Clean, working air conditioning and open floor plan and location was perfect with easy access to the beach, friendly people all over the area and overall very nice for a family stay. Our entire family enjoyed the trip!

Awesome location!!

Very pleased with our stay! Located directly across from the Bamboo Beach Bar! You can hear the live music by just sitting on the front patio. Had an awesome time! Thanks! Will definitely visit again.

Comfortable cottage in great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable cottage with great patio in the front to hangout. Right across the street from John's Pass boardwalk. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Great kitchen to cook meals.

Eventually she moved to Madeira Beach where she owns a real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach. Finest Real Estate Worldwide! She also owns a vacation rental management company Vicinity Vacation Rentals.

I promised her that I would keep the integrity of the cottage, and not tear it down for a new home to be built. The bonus is the wonderful location.
