Loved our stay! The cottage was clean, bright and inviting. We loved sitting on the front patio in the evenings and listening to the live music across the street. The walk to the beach is a breeze and the onsite beach supplies made our seaside visit so nice! We loved our time here.

Great location

This place is great for two couples or a small family. Just a block from a wonderful beach, with white sands and across the street from all the shops and restaurants of John’s Pass. The house had everything we needed and then some.

Awesome Beach

The beach was close to the cottage & the water was awesome! The cottage had a great patio to sit and have coffee and a supply of beach gear including canopies & some chairs… the kitchen was spacious & each bedroom had a bathroom - great place for a vacation- close to the pass .

Eventually she moved to Madeira Beach where she owns a real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach. Finest Real Estate Worldwide! She also owns a vacation rental management company Vicinity Vacation Rentals.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property from the long-time owner because I just love the classic beach cottages. I promised her that I would keep the integrity of the cottage, and not tear it down for a new home to be built. The bonus is the wonderful location. The Cottage by the Pass is the epitome of living the beach life.
