This lovely 2-bedroom condo, every room has a view revealing why you came to Madeira Beach! A fully equipped kitchen, an open living space with counter seating, full size sofa bed, TV and balcony with a view of the Intercostal waterway. Guest room features Bunkbeds (twin set) and access to the balcony. A King master with ensuite and ample closets.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath, dog* friendly condo is located on the top floor of the building, providing expansive views of the intra-coastal waterways of Madeira Bay and beyond. The Resort is across the street from direct beach access and in walking distance to John`s Pass.

The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need to cook a meal and every room has a view with an open living concept.

Beach time is a breeze as we provide you with all the essentials including towels, chairs, an umbrella and a beach buggy. Parking for one (1) vehicle and high speed WiFi rounds out the perfect beach vacay getaway!

If you don`t want to leave your pup at home, we are dog friendly for a one time pet fee of $150. If you wish to bring your bestie, please message us about your pup - size, temperament, etc. Are they well trained, house broken, non excessive barkers and well behaved? Once approved, we ask that you list the pet when booking your reservation.

Please note:

*Bunk beds in the second bedroom are intended for use by children max weight capacity of 100 lbs. on the top bunk.
*Damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.

Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building.

Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle.

The resort is walking distance to John`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This condo building is in heart of it all. It is directly across from the beach, with easy access within a 2-3 minute walk, a block from John`s Pass Boardwalk and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski`s, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing. If you want something laid back, do not be concerned! You can relax on the beach or enjoy the peaceful views of the marina from your private balcony.

This condo is walking distance to almost everything Madeira Beach has to offer. There is one parking spot included, but they are strict about only allowing one car. If you need to park an extra car, there are multiple paid garages and lots in the area. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here, so if you choose not to rent a car you should be just fine. The furthest thing is the grocery store at 1-2 miles distance, though many grocery delivery services are also available.

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Top of bunkbeds are intended for use by children max. 100 lbs.

- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.

- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony

- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged

- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
