Sea Village complex features an absolute ocean front pool and spa, four ocean front gas barbecues each with dedicated picnic tables with incredible views of Kailua Kona! Enjoy a short walk to Honl Beach along the way downtown or continue on for dining and shopping. Enjoy a fresh smoothie or Kona Coffee at the Green Flash Café right on site. Your condo is just a short distance from Magic Sands Beach a local body surfing favorite and Kahalu'u Beach Park known for sea turtle viewing and snorkeling. Wi-Fi through-out the complex, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, & a perfect lanai for fantastic sunsets night after night. Enjoy a truly wonderful vacation in paradise in unit 4-106.

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 170 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.

Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.

Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009. Excellent Place to Stay

Great apartment. Management was real easy to work with. They provided all the information we needed while respecting our privacy and made the checkin process easy. They cautioned not to use GPS to locate the apartment but we used Google Maps and it led us directly to the property. I like it when a VRBO property has an information packet with instructions on the property along with information on the area and this apartment had a good one. We liked the furniture on the lanai and in the apartment. We really loved watching the waves break against the wall outside the lanai and the view of the ocean allowed us to watch the boat traffic to and from the marina. It was very convenient access to nearby shopping, dining and nightlife and parking spaces right in front of the apartment were always available.

We definitely enjoyed staying here at Sea Village in this unit. It was very comfortable both inside the condo and on the lanai. Plenty of dishes in the cabinets, so we were able to prepare meals easily. We loved the view and the ocean sounds from the lanai and from the living room.

We loved our time in Hawaii, spending many mornings and nights on the Lanai enjoying the view. Sunsets were phenomenal from the Lanai. We spent quite a number of days driving to the other parts of the island and it wasn't a terribly long drive to get back to the condo. When we go again we will stay on the Hilo side, it was gorgeous and much less touristy. The condo had everything we needed, we bought groceries and cooked most breakfasts and dinners and ate out on the Lanai. I would recommend KTA Superstores for your groceries, they were not terribly expensive and carried local items. We also frequented the farmers markets. Costco was a poor decision as we were only there for ten days and not all of the bulk items were used. There is a fantastic little coffee shop called Green Flash right at the entrance to the condo's. We loved being able to utilize a washer and dryer while we were there. We drove the entire Island while we were there, experiencing Volcanoes Park, the visitor center at Mauna Kea, the Zoo in Hilo, Waimea, Hawi. This island was like traveling the entire US in a week. It was amazing how many different ecosystems there were. Mahalo for having us.

We arrived around supper time, easily accessed Condo with instructions we received from management company. Condo immaculate. We have stayed in quite a few condo while traveling and I have to say this was one of the cleanest. Every room updated and comfortable. The view was fantastic. We especially enjoyed watching the dolphins almost everyday right in front of balcony. Location good, close to restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. Management Company very professional and contacted us several times before we arrived. I would absolutely recommend this propert to friends and family.

Unit exactly as described. Only thing missing in unit was an ice-maker but easily purchased bags of ice. Plenty of utensils, pans, towels, plates, glasses and beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Bonnie at Kona Vacations and David, my concierge were fabulous!!! Will definitely booking again!!!
