Royal Sea Cliff is an architectural wonder that sits on the pristine Kona Coast. If you are looking to be close to town but feel away from it all, this is the place for you to make your Hawaii memories. This one bedroom, one bath is the perfect oasis to enjoy your vacation. This spacious one bedroom, one bath unit is located on the ground floor. Upon entry, you truly have it all there. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets to dine in or BBQ at the grill down by the pool. The living room has ample seating with a TV. There is a dining table for two, where you can sit and keep your cook company. The primary ensuite has a king-size bed and a full bath. Enjoy the central AC or open the sliding doors in both the primary bedroom and living room to enjoy the Hawaii weather. Sit outside on your private lanai and listen to the birds wake up with a cup of Kona coffee.Enjoy the amenities this property has; secure parking, three elevators throughout the property, and bell carts near the front desk. There is complimentary Kona coffee in the lobby and an ice machine for all guests to use. The layout of this property is on seven acres and has an open-air design with a beautiful garden in the middle of the property. Soak up the sun at the two oceanfront pools. One is heated for the family with heated showers, and one is a quiet pool with a spa. BBQ at the community BBQs and enjoy the shade of the covered.Please note:
There is central air conditioning throughout the home.
There are about 3-5 stairs from parking to the front door.There are four complementary onsite activities weekly.
Monday Sunset Party, Tuesday Aloha Party, Thursday Movie Night, and a Friday Mahalo Party. The building and amenities were very nice. However, the furniture in the unit was very dated and the couch was very uncomfortable. The television sets were much too small for the unit. Many of the cooking pans and pots were old to the point of needing replacement.

Big Island stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The pool was pretty nice.The only complaint from me is that there were a number of dead cockroaches in the unit when we arrived. And a few live ones. I realize it’s to be expected in the climate on some level.

The unit was very lovely! The unit was quiet and we found great parking outside the unit (although we had to discover it on our own). There was enough space to store our stuff (although the closet could use a light). It was perfect for two people.

Quiet Big condo well appointed

A very large complex with a nice big room, lanai, kitchen well-stocked, A/C and free parking. Enjoyed the quiet, convenience to Kona & beaches. Did not enjoy the usual 40% added "fees" but saw it coming so decided OK.

Great base for exploring the Big Island

We loved our stay at the Royal Sea Cliff. From the ease of booking in, to the facilities and the central location for exploring. We loved the parking, right outside the condo, making it easy for day tripping. The condo is close to amazing beaches and snorkel places and an easy walk into the village for morning coffee. It is quiet and the facilities are great. Oh and the sunsets are amazing!!! We were very happy with our stay here and highly recommend it to travellers looking to explore the island by car and self-cater. Next time we make it back to the island we will be back here

Great unit and property. Location in Kona is good. Walkable to many locations. Plenty of free parking too. Oceanfront complex with 2 swimming pools. Unit is well-stocked and spacious for 2 or 4 guests.

Condo worked great for us. Close to parking and getting groceries. Pools and hot tub great. Just had to keep following up to get new refrigerator since it was not repairable

Great Big Island retreat

My wife and I spent a week here and really enjoyed ourselves. It is a beautiful condo facility. The unit was very clean with everything we needed and is very convenient to town. The only problem was with the bedroom television. It seem to have a mind of its own when it would turn on and off. But who goes to Hawaii to watch tv!

Aloha! Our homes come equipped with cleaning supplies. We also offer mid stay cleans. This condo is only for two guests so the homeowners chose furniture accordingly. Great Location and Property

Everything was great. There were a few hiccups with the pool and WiFi code. But, we just called CB and they were very quick in their responses. The only major thing was our last day. The work orders for maintenance were for the wrong day so a couple staff members entered the unit while we were sleeping. It was still irritating. I understand because of the huge staffing shortage in the islands that's why I still will give a 5 star overall.
