Brand New Serene Lakes Cabin

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Our gorgeous newly built cabin is located just minutes from 4 ski resorts and a private lake, with beach access and family friendly amenities like bocce ball, volleyball and horseshoe. Enjoy fishing/kayaking on a peaceful lake available only to community. Miles of hiking trails are all within walking distance. This amazing cabin has 12 beds to host large groups and ensure a great stay in the Tahoe/Truckee area. The house is 3000 sqft, featuring an open floor concept, with state of the art kitchen appliances. Downstairs has a separate game room/living room with a pull-out queen couch. Bottom floor also has a private jacuzzi and sauna and lounge/bar area for guests to enjoy.

6 vehicles, 20 guests max. Use garage or driveway for parking. No street parking in snow season due to snow plower services. $25 fee for EV charging.
After booking, guest must sign liability waiver for use of sauna and jacuzzi at the property. If unwilling, guest cannot book property.
No pets or service animals due to owner fatal allergies. No smoking or drug use permitted. No parties or events hosted at the house.
