The property was perfect and for the price even better! Location was prime for everything we wanted to do as we were there for a football tournament for our son. The cleanliness of the condo was top notch and communication between the property owners was excellent. I truly recommend renting here cause I know we will again!!!

Everything was as described, the only problem they have is that you only get one parking sticker. Good thing we were only in one car. If we would’ve drive in separate cars we would’ve been able to park a second car in that property due to they only give one parking permit. Everywhere else they give 2 parking permit. Hopefully they work on that.

As our ad states we are only allowed one parking space per unit. There is a plentiful amount of street parking around the building and a pay to park lot directly across the street. We welcome you back with open arms and hope you keep us in mind for future visits.

Great Little Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and very convenient. Washer and Dryer ended up coming in handy. The kitchen is basically fully stocked, which was nice! It was also nice to have pickleball stuff, shuffleboard stuff, beach chairs, and beach towels there. Communication was so good! They were very pleasant and quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend a stay here. We walked to the beach and then it was a quick ride to other things. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Property w/Excellent Beach Access

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4, vacation stay. We loved the cleanliness and the upgrades to the property. The attention to detail was appreciated. The decor was cute and beachy, but not overly done The labeling of the cabinet contents was great so we didn't have to search for items and everything was included. Most things were labeled in the condo (tv remotes, hand soap, dishwashing soap, etc). Nothing was missed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the 2 Queens so that our teens each had their own space. They were thrilled with that. The showerheads were top notch and the water drained in the shower perfectly. I hate pooling water. The outside parking allowed easy access to our condo. Our walk to the beach was straightway and slightly more than a block. Very quick and easy. Only two suggestions: Add an iron and ironing board and add an additional lock to the front door for added security. We enjoyed our time, appreciate the welcome bottle of wine and would definitely book again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane and Dave’s condo in Myrtle Beach! They were incredible hosts and truly thought of everything to make our vacation comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.The location was perfect—so convenient to everything and just a very short walk to the beach! The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had the perfect vacation vibe. We especially loved that it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, toys, and so much more. It made packing and enjoying our beach days so easy!The balcony was another favorite, with a beautiful view and the perfect spot to sit back and relax. You can really tell that Diane and Dave put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Myrtle Beach vacation. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to book again! We would highly recommend Diane and Dave’s 1101 holiday Towers condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and truly relaxing place to stay!

We are Dave & Diane Shade. We are from the Pa/WV area but now live here in Myrtle Beach. We fell in love with the Myrtle Beach area years ago for the Beautiful Beach, Amazing foods & just the overall atmosphere here! Everyone is on vacation and in a great mood. We started buying condos in 2020 and now have 4. We build them to be a place we would vacation at. We take care of our guests like we would want a host to take care of us. We hope you stay with us now & your future stays- We want to be your goto when you plan a trip to Myrtle Beach.

We chose Holiday Towers for our rental condos because it’s in the best location in Myrtle Beach- Close to everything! The building is well maintained by our HOA. It’s Quiet & relaxing here. You can walk to Family Kingdom amusement park. We are 3 miles from to airport, 4 blocks to the boardwalk & 2nd Ave pier, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, putt putt courses & even grocery stores. We are centrally located to ALL the Golf Courses. Oh and the best part- the beach is just across the street! (200 yards)

Our property has Free off-street parking. It is a 15 story high building with 2 elevators. We have a great pool & large hot tub. We have a really nice grilling area with picnic tables. We have Tennis/ Pickle-ball court, Basketball court & even Shuffleboard. We have an outdoor shower to leave the beach sand behind. We have keyless entry to our condos, video surveillance thru-out the entire property (Parking lots, Pool area, elevators, etc). Our property has a lot of retired folks living here- It is quiet & relaxing here. One more thing- my favorite thing about our building- Every floor has a trash chute.
