This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your stay at the beach.

Large kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertop, spacious living room and two balconies for you and your family to relax. Enjoy your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. Located on the 14th floor, this lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable family vacation. This resort has many amenities including pools, hot tubs, saunas and fitness room. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. This beautiful condo can comfortably accommodate six people for a very enjoyable vacation. Close to shopping, golf, restaurants and many attractions.

Best thing about this condo was the view. Very dated, might have a new counter top in the kitchen but the rest of it is a typical old condo in Myrtle Beach. Spas looked great but weather did not allow that experience.

Loved that it was right at the beach, also great 4 hot tubs and two pools. Building is a bit dated, but nothing bad.

Great stay at Myrtle Beach. There was one small issue with the unit and the property managers made that right immediately. Great responsiveness. The building and the unit are older, but they have done a great job keeping the unit updated. The only negative I had was the spare bed room bed was not very comfortable.

The unit was located in a great location to view the beach and sunrise. It was easy access to the beach! The unit was clean and as pictured. Communication with the property owner was very easy and they were very responsive

Great Ocean Front Condo

Shelley and Jeff were great hosts and extremely responsive during our stay. The ocean front condo we stayed in was perfect and had everything we needed. It was literally steps from the beach. Each bedroom had a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was so nice enjoying our coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the sunrise and a new day begin. Parking was effortless as we were able to park in the covered parking garage. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Property managers very communicative and understanding

The place wasn't what we expected but the property managers were very understanding and allowed us to check out early as we were able to secure another place.

Spring Break April 6-12 2025

Nice ocean views from two balconies. Very short walk to the beach. Mostly quiet and no troubles. Cleanliness was about 7/10. Acceptable but well short of excellent.Nice solid surface countertop and nice newer flooring -- but the unit could use more updating, some paint, some caulk (sink and trim pulling away from walls a bit).Reception area for the building is undergoing some updates (fountain upgrades and painting walls and trim), so that was nice to see.Unit is in a building with both tourists (like us) -- and locals who own/rent long term or permanently. Those locals seem to greatly appreciate modern-day relaxed regulations on marijuana, as there is a very frequent presence of mj aroma wafting through the halls. But that said, nobody bothered us, and we felt safe - and we did not smell it inside our unit. Folks were very respectful around us and our two teenagers. Building seems to have good security, with staff enforcing bracelets at the hot tubs and pools.Parking was easy and straightforward and there were always decent spots available in the parking structure.

South Myrtle Beach

The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was quiet & clean if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Not much happening in this area compared to North Myrtle Beach. Recommend doing homework about the area before going.
