Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom split plan for privacy. Spacious 1140 sq/ft condo conveniently located on ground floor (no elevator therefore no stairs to climb) on the amazing Playa Bavaro. 15 minutes from Punta Cana Intl Airport. Short commute from airplane to beach. King bed in Master and Guest room has 2 Queen Beds with pillowtop American made quality mattresses for a great night sleep. Master and guest bath have modern shower panel with multiples heads for body and hand held spray. Fully equipped kitchen, tile floors throughout, and granite counter tops. Living room has 49" LG HD Smart TV and master bedroom has 43" LG HD, guest bedroom has 28" Samsung Smart TV with Claro HD TV cable service. In addition, private Claro broadband 100Mb internet service & WIFI. Screens on all windows and sliding glass doors. Enjoy the amazing white sands of the beach or a great pool. On-site pool café and bar. A short drive away is the Palma Real Village mall which boasts Cinemas, the Hard Rock Cafe and other high-end shopping. Across the street from the mall is the Cocotal golf course. Within walking distance are plenty of restaurants, bakery, beach bars, on the beach parasailing, boating, fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving.

Optional: Punta Cana International Airport pickup and drop off service. Cost is $35 US each way for up to six guest add $10 to include stop at Supermercado (modern supermarket, airport arrival before 7 PM).

Activities and Attractions: : You can chose from an array of water Sports or just sun bathe. Cafes and Restaurants offered right on the beach is absolutely amazing. Golf: : Golfing by JACK NICKLAUS at Punta Espada Golf Club, the first of three Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses in Cap Cana, is operated by Troon Golf and opened for play in November 2006. The par-72 course incorporates the surrounding natural beauty of Cap Cana, stretching along a coastline where golfers on each hole look out into the blue expanse of the Caribbean Sea. Hiring Jack Nicklaus to design three new golf courses was a stroke of genius by the developers of the Cap Cana resort complex in Punta Cana. Great stay at Stanza Mare. Communication before arrival and during our stay was superb. Check in was simple. William (property manager) was helpful and prompt when needed. Lots of thoughtful touches like an umbrella and small beach cooler. We left sand toys for future guests as well. Easy access to the pool and beach. Neither felt too crowded. The grounds were very well kept. Food at the cafe is decent and fair priced but is busy and took an hour each time so plan accordingly. and takes Would certainly stay here again.

My family and I had a great time at Stanza Mare. Restaurants were a short walk away. On a few occasions, we ate at the poolside bar. Drinks and food at the pool we're great. Property was very clean. William, the property manager was very accommodating and available when needed. Definitely worth the trip

Wonderful getaway!

This unit was on the main level and in close proximity to the pool and the beautiful beach! It was easy to get loungers at both the pool and beach - it was nice not having to get up early to save chairs. The grounds are beautifully maintained. We did have a few issues in the bathroom but, William made sure they were taken care of. I also want to mention many restaurants were nearby! We had a great time in Punta Cana!

Quiet and relaxing

Excellent property maintenance. Always enough chairs around the poolside and beach no matter what time of day. No need to wake up early and reserve chairs! Always felt safe with lots of security. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We absolutely loved staying at Stanza Mare! Excellent location on Bavaro beach within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment was fabulous! Beautifully decorated and updated finishes, Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals and beverages. Plenty towels and comfortable furniture. Our Property Manager Yves was wonderful with communication, he was courteous and happily accommodated our needs. We will absolutely visit again and highly recommend this location.

We are a family of 5 and stayed at stanza mare. Had a great time and great experience. Nelson is wonderful to rent from. He always answered all of our questions quickly and directly. Franklin was fabulous. We had a great time while with him. He took his time and explained so much about Dominican Republic. Would definitely go there again.

Host was so helpful. He arranged a driver for us from the airport to groceries to our rental. The driver was very helpful, informative, and we felt very safe. Host even arranged at our request a massage at the rental. The rental was very clean, on the ground floor which was so convenient to the pool and beach. The entire complex was extremely clean and safe with Security. Would definitely rent from this host!

Best vacation ever

Highest praise for our stay! The property is exactly as described, and better. Location is perfect — condo’s beach at the end of the path with lots of space and chairs, beautiful pool, walking distance to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Condo was clean and kitchen contained everything we needed. Yves, property manager, was incredibly helpful and we booked a day long excursion with him to see parts of the countryside not available with traditional tours and it was wonderful! 5 stars just for Yves!! Communication was superb. Our family of five fit very comfortably in the condo, we felt safe walking in Punta Cana all day and evening, and we loved our stay here. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Nice and quiet and easy to access chairs around the pool or on private beach

Nice that on main floor. Immediate access when enter property and pool right out your back door with beach steps away. Recommend getting groceries at Jumbo as much cheaper. Watch bills at restaurants as sometimes tip (10%) already included. Numerous restaurants bars nearby. Safe at night just beware of pick pockets. The bar at the pool has daily local type food lunches cheap ($330 pesos). 2 nice seafood bars on the beach just off to the left. Yves the manager very helpful. $1650 pesos to have him pick you up or take you to the airport. Uber will do it for $800 but this way convenient. Would highly recommend. Good value not noisy and clean. Resort is secure

Can't Wait to Get Back!!!!

Great unit in the heart of Punta Cana, steps to the beach and short walk to restaurants and shops! We loved our time in Nelson's unit even though during the two months we stayed there Hurricanes Irma and Maria came through. The two bedroom condo is nice sized and well furnished. Staff at Stanza Mare (office staff, tour office, pool bar and security guards ) all were very helpful and friendly! Enjoyed the outdoor gas grill as we used it a number of nights to our dinner. Nelson was extremely helpful providing information on the unit prior to arrival, as well as helpful information in preparing for Irma and Maria. Lost power for a couple of days during Irma but once power was restored Stanza Mare staff jumped into action clearing debris and getting the complex back to tip-top shape in no time. We highly recommend Nelson and this unit. We can't wait to get back!!!

This 1st floor condo was perfect for our group staying in Bavaro. It was clean and comfortable and had all that you needed for the pool and for cooking in. Short walk to grocery mart and restaurants. Grounds and complex were gorgeous and clean. Great pool. Would stay here again.

Hidden Gem Stanza Mare

Nelson’s place was amazing. The location was steps from the pool, beach & many local eateries/attractions. The condo was spacious for our group of four and had all of the amenities we needed plus more. The security always made sure we were safe and Nelson assisted with transport to the airport. After leaving a necklace behind at the condo Nelson was gracious enough to have his staff search for it and will pick it up for me during his next visit to the area! He is definitely a super host and we hope to visit again soon!

The location was great, close to many restaurants, beach, and entertainment. The property is very well maintained. Enjoyed that each room had a tv with cable. The caretaker was amazing and very helpful. I have been to the Dominican many times and this was by far the best place I have stayed.

Relaxing, fun family stay

Perfect for a family getaway, our condo was a short walk to the pool and beach. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby grocery stores and cook/grill at home but also the option to eat at nearby restaurants and bars adjacent to the condo. The beach was beautiful and calm and you could book activities nearby. We did the buggy rides and private speedboat snorkeling tour. Yves the condo manager was responsive and communicatively. On our last night there, we had a wonderful seafood platter dinner at the nearby Huracan Cafe down the beach. We had lobsters, plantains, and cocktails right on the beach, one of the best meal of our lives. Overall, ideal for families who want a different experience from all-inclusive resort stays in Punta Cana. It felt very safe being in the area.

Perfect Stay in Paradise

We could not have enjoyed our stay more, it was perfect! The back patio faces the pool, there is an outdoor dining table and grill, there is a small bar/restaurant by the pool that makes the best pina coladas ever, and prices are great. The unit is part of the Stanza Mare condo property and sits directly on the beach, with private beach chairs and palapas. The property is gated and has private security, is in a safe area and 15-20 restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance. Yves, the property manager is great and provided us with very affordable transportation to/from the hotel and to the local Jumbo grocery store for groceries (there is also a smaller grocery store within 5 min walk from the unit where you can get most of your grocery needs as well). Yves is always available and very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The condo itself is very clean, quite spacious (around 1300 sq ft) with two bedrooms (one bedroom has two full beds, the other has one large king size bed with it’s own bathroom). There are two bathrooms/showers in the unit, a spacious living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Many of the people staying here are full time residents, it was peaceful (fun, but not a loud party scene). We cannot wait to return and plan on staying here every year for a month every winter!

Das Apartment liegt direkt neben einer Großbaustelle. Dort entsteht gerade ein neuer Apartmentkomplex. Der Vermieter hat diese Tatsache, von der er Kenntnis haben musste, im Inserat verschwiegen. Hinzu kamen Renovierungsarbeiten in einer Wohnung zwei Stockwerke über dem Mietobjekt. Folge: permanenter, nervtötender Baulärm, selbst am Wochenende. Großzügiges Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und direktem Strandzugang. Küche und Küchenutensilien bedurften der Nachreinigung, die nach Reklamation umgehend erfolgte. Notwendige Klempnerarbeiten wurden innerhalb eines Tages erledigt. Zuverlässiger und freundlicher Verwalter. Insgesamt trotzdem leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung!

Spending time with family and friends is what we enjoy most. We were raised and met in Chicago over 40 years ago. We purchased a timeshare in Cancun in 1980's which we enjoyed thoroughly with our family but expired after 30 years. We decide to purchase our next vacation home and decided on Punta Cana after extensive research. Punta Cana reminded us of the beautiful white sand beaches of Cancun. The Dominican Republic has everything that we wanted in a tropical getaway, beaches, mountains, history and best of all friendly people.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed in Punta Cana for many years and wanted to own a small piece of paradise that the family can enjoy for years to come. We chose a two bedroom for the comfort and privacy that it offers to families with adult children like ours. The resort is great with a wide sandy beach and a Caribbean style. The condo is located centrally close to shops, restaurants and attractions.
