Nestled in the heart of Punta Cana, this beach villa is located in the private gated community of Los Corales on Bávaro Beach. Just steps from the white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean, Los Corales is a private gated community. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach villa features a private rooftop terrace with ocean views, perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Located in one of the most walkable beach communities in Punta Cana, you can easily walk to restaurants, beach bars, cafés, grocery stores, and excursion pickup points.

About the Experience

Our villa offers the comfort and privacy of a self-service beach home rather than a full-service resort. Guests who enjoy relaxed island living, local restaurants, and the charm of a walkable beach community tend to love staying in Los Corales.

As with many tropical destinations, occasional utility interruptions may occur due to weather or local infrastructure. These are typically brief and simply part of island living.

Our villa is best suited for travelers who appreciate the independence of a private home and the relaxed pace of Caribbean life.

Private Beach Access

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the private beach, complete with comfortable sun loungers and charming thatched umbrellas for shade. Beach towels are provided so you can relax and enjoy the Caribbean.

Rooftop Terrace

The private rooftop terrace is a wonderful space for relaxing or entertaining. It features a BBQ grill with grilling utensils, comfortable patio furniture, and a large sun umbrella. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening under the stars or sunset drinks after the beach, this space is designed to make your stay unforgettable.

Kitchen & Welcome Supplies

We understand the importance of feeling at home while on vacation. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, including spices, flour, sugar, and oils.

To make your arrival easy and comfortable, we provide starter supplies, including:

• Drinking water
• Coffee
• Dish soap
• Two trash bags in each trash can

Bathrooms are stocked with:

• Plush bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths
• Two rolls of toilet paper
• Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
• Hair dryer

Mini-markets and grocery stores are within walking distance if you need additional supplies.

We recommend this service because the driver is familiar with the villa’s location and stays in contact with us during your transfer.

Transportation fee: $35 USD, paid directly to the driver at the airport.

Please note the driver does not work for us but provides transportation services for our guests.

Fantastic communication with Laura, Suzi and Wander. Our driver Wander met us promptly at the airport and allowed us to stop at a grocery store to pick up some essentials. We were met at the rental by Suzi, who gave us a very thorough tour of the rental and the nearby beach. The rental was extremely clean, comfortable and close to the beach and various restaurants, all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful ocean just steps away. Doves living nearby will serenade you. See the sunrise from the upper deck. Overall, a beautiful stay. King bed very comfortable. Laura was very helpful the whole week.

Perfect vacation

Laura is amazing to work with! So informative, easy pick up drop off at airport. The beach front is the prettiest there. Home is very comfortable. Upstairs bedroom and patio were awesome. All those around helpful and kind. I would most definitely come again. Great place if you don’t want hotel like experience. It is very homey and a 30 second walk to beach along walkway to a gorgeous clean beach!

Awesome Villa with views

We went for an anniversary trip and this villa did not disappoint. There are water views from the deck outside the master bedroom. We sat out here every night. The owner started us out stocked with water, soap, hair conditioner and toilet paper so we could settle in and not have to go shopping right away. Even though there were only 2 of us, I really appreciated the convenience of having two full bathrooms. There is construction in the area, but this is everywhere in Punta Cana and it never disturbed us at night when we were trying to sleep. I would definitely visit this villa again!right away.

A Piece of Paradise!

This villa was everything I hoped it would be! The place itself was beautiful. The decor creates a peaceful ambience. The view from the rooftop made it the place to be! I could have spent hours just lounging on the roof, looking out at the ocean, the palm trees, and the surrounding villas. Laura was great with communication and helpful throughout. The location was perfect! Just steps from the beach, a local spa where we got massages out in a garden, and many restaurants with a variety of food. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful Property w. Convenient Access to Beach

We have just returned from an awesome 7 night stay at this unit. The villa was in a great location being very close to the beach and local restaurants and bars. Everything was exactly as described and shown. We had no issues getting chairs at the beach. The property owner and the manager were very helpful. We were very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental, very clean, nice furniture. We enjoyed sitting at huge the balcony-deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would definitely book this vacation rental again. Thank you Laura.

Beautiful beach and community

We stayed in Punta for a week. The property was great just as listed. We took advantage of the owners connection and commute to the airport. It went great. Water was provided for the property. It is set up well to fix your meals. The market I'm walking distance was great. Any little hiccup the host took care of right away, quick communica tion and so helpful. I will be returning in the future.

Everything was beautiful ar the stay, however be aware of the owners extra fees after the atay not mentioned any where. For staying there for a week they charged us $170 additional fee for electricity. Again no where did it mention

Great beach access and a wonderful host

This is a well maintained and nicely situated apartment close to an amazing beach and a number of good beach restaurants and cocktail bars. The host was helpful, responsive and pleasant to talk to, and went above and beyond to assist us with some issues that were beyond any of our control, including baggage that failed to arrive and an AC unit that happened to fail while we were there. There were a couple of things that could have been made clearer in the property description, including the fact that there is only AC in the bedrooms, and that the king bedroom is on an upper floor accessed by a somewhat precarious outside stairway, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. This is probably not unusual for the area though, and overall it's a great property in a great location. If you are looking for a base for beach life in Punta Cana, this is a great option!

Amazing and perfect

Where to start ! The place is perfect. Only few steps from the beach. It's closer than it look on the picture. The condo is amazing, especially the upstair terrassse. Large, confortable with beautiful sunrise. The condo is more than well equiped. Everything is there to prepare great meal. You have more than the basics and a lot of pots, pan and dishes. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk you have plenty restaurants and a grocery store (small but with a lot of products). And what about Laura the host. She's simply amazing. She really do care about her guests. Really, really fast to answer any questions. I've been renting places for over 25 years now. I always had good service but Laura, well, she's definitely the best ever. We'll be back !!!

Great spot!

DR wasn’t our original destination but thanks to hurricanes we changed our final destination mid flight. Laura couldn’t have been more fantastic. She allowed us to check in early and stay late at check-out. The villa is wonderful. We had three adults and it was just perfect-lots of mornings and evenings on the roof. This place is just steps from the beach, a mini-mart, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a car for golf excursions but it isn’t necessary and in fact parking is limited. The villa was fully stocked with everything you need. Water and ice can be delivered. Everything came super quick for us. The place is also very secure. We felt very safe the entire trip even venturing out into the cities with the locals. For reference Dreams and Secrets all-inclusive resorts are right next door. If you are hesitating, don’t. The people are friendly, the location great, and the host the best in the business.

Need Upgrades

Communication w/the host was spot on; very informative & kept us updated to what was going on {there was a storm the night before our arrival & power was knocked off}. To get up to the main unit there are 14 steps; plus 14 more to get to 2nd bedroom {No hand rail in either location}. The unit is cramped, furniture in common area is worn & a too low for older guest. A/C in bedrooms ONLY. Have to turn hot water heated on 20 mins before showering then turn it back off to save on electricity. The fridge gets cool, not cold. Had to put soda/bottled water in freezer, then in fridge after freezing. I would NOT rent this unit again because of the above mentioned plus I didn’t like the area. The unit is ok but I would suggest guest in their 20’s to 40’s.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments on our communication, it was a pleasure getting to know you. I would like to clarify a few points: Our property was completely renovated 2 years ago,. All of the furnishings were purchased two years ago. The furniture is from IKEA, chosen for its practicality in a rental setting because fabrics and parts can be easily sourced and replaced if needed. IKEA furniture typically sits a bit lower, but it is not worn out, it is the Swedish style. The refrigerator is also new, and the settings were inadvertently adjusted to the warmest setting. Had we been informed, we could have assisted with this. Our listing clearly states that the unit is on two floors, with the second floor as the main level and stairs shown in the photos. We encourage guests to review these details if stairs are a concern. We strive to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests, including many retired seniors who enjoy staying with us during the winter months. Christmas in Punta

My friend and I stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's at this villa, and overall it was a great experience. 
Probs: We found the unit to be generally pretty clean and in good shape, the kitchen was well supplied. The wifi networks on both floors worked well. It is located within a gated area. There is a great beach view from the upper floor and the beach itself is truly just a 1 minute walk through the complex.This beach is a very busy one (at least when we were there) with lots of people on it (although we did not feel crowded), and the usual vendors of jewelry, hair braiding, food, drink, fish, etc, but they were very good at leaving you alone once you said no.Near the villa are several restaurants, each one we tried was good. There is a mini market and liquor store near the front gate that sells lots of basics at good prices and is very handy.
The owner will offer someone to pick you up at the airport, while this is nice it was not the most organized pickup. The big advantage here is the driver knows how to get into the complex and to the unit which can be a bit confusing upon first entry.The owner and all the local staff of the villa complex and her local manager were very friendly and helpful, but keep in mind they have other jobs and obligations so not always immediately available.Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and the owner was great at help specific to the unit as well as recommendations on excursions, dining, and anything you requested.

The off-property host Laura is awesome, good communication throughout and friendly. The property manager was on time for check-in, showing around the Villa - but I believe mostly on-time for collecting $ for ride from airport as after initial check-in the property he took several hours or overnight to respond to a few text message sent. Laura's Villa is super nice, comfortable, modern, well appointed. The building is 3 stories with the top 2 as part of the rental. 2 level has kitchen, bath, BR #1 with queen bed, living room; the top level is simply beautiful with amazing deck with wonderful partial ocean views of ocean broken by fabulous scenery of palm, mango and banana trees, King bed is very comfortable, bathroom is clean. There local market within 5 minutes walk to get drinking water and for brushing teeth. Insects were not a problem inside or outside at villa or beach but recommend a can of OFF for the quaint outside restaurants at night as there were a very few mosquitoes. The food at the local places was very nice, grilled steak and especially seafood better than Houston. Recommend trying seafood pizzas. Con: I was pickpocketed within minutes of stepping onto the beach with a couple of locals swarming me front and back grabbing my wallet. The local security and police seemingly have a understanding with at least some of the local mischief elements. Be more aware than I was was.

Can I give 6 stars?!

Where to start? First of all, the property was in excellent condition, and I could tell that a lot of recent work had taken place. I felt at home immediately. The site profile listed "basic spices". Ha, I could have opened a restaurant. Also, I was not wanting for any utensils. It was also very clean. I liked the layout, and the upper bedroom was very airy, with the addition of a bathroom and shower. Right off of that bedroom was a great upper deck or terrace with a nice table, and couches. I spent many nights on that deck, with a great view of the sky and stars, with a warm breeze blowing. Great! There was access to a charcoal BBQ grill, which I used a few times. It was great to be able to BBQ outdoors, when back home they were getting a 15" snowstorm! It was a very short one-minute walk to the beach, which was gorgeous. The entire complex was well taken care of, giving a relaxing ambiance. All of the security and maintenance staff were very friendly. Next, the host was one of the most pleasant, thoughtful and helpful people that you would ever meet! I needed help with the FireTV, and she was there immediately for me, and got me to where I needed to be. We had some great verbal and text exchanges. Lastly, when I look back at the place and my trip as a whole, I felt calm, relaxed, and as stress-free as one can possibly feel. You will love everything about this place!
