Things that we noticed about our stay was the shrubbery count have been trimmed back in several areas. Plus we have hard time with the bathroom and kitchen getting hot water. Did come out and fix the bathtub/shower with the hot water. For the price this is well worth the price and location.

This place was darling! Very clean and well thought out for the tiny space. The outdoor seating area was a plus. A little noisy in the evening but tolerable. Loved the theme.
Loved the theme!

Beach Vacation

We loved the location. The rental is clean, lots of towels and there beach chairs and an umbrella. Management was easy to correspond with and quick to respond.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was very clean. We can’t wait to come back next year. I am admittedly very picky and rarely stay somewhere more than once. We never saw a single bug of any variety which is huge for me. The only thing I would mention is there is some mold on the bathroom ceiling (no fan in bathroom) and it would be nice to have an extra pillow for the couch bed. The bed was a little too firm for me personally. So much within walking distance and the beach is incredible.

Thanks for the great review! So glad you loved the rental, found it very clean, and didn’t see any bugs. Appreciate you flagging the bathroom ceiling mold and the need for an extra couch pillow — we’ll have maintenance address the ceiling and add an extra pillow right away. We’ll also make a mattress-topper available for guests who prefer a softer bed. Happy you enjoyed the location and the beach — we look forward to welcoming you back next year!

The cutest little cottage!

This was the cutest “little”, and I mean little, Miami getaway cottage and was exactly as we had expected! We knew it was going to be small, however, it was the perfect size for our small family of three. The king size bed and pullout couch was great. The husband actually slept on the couch with no complaints. Close location to the beach and beach access. Check in and out was super easy, and communication was always prompt. We were within walking distance to shops, a breakfast cafe and paddle board rentals. The shared patio area out front was nice. Large enough if multiple families were to sit. Bonus amenity: an outdoor shower to clean off after a sandy day at the beach! Loved that! We didn’t realize that there was a larger cottage with two bedrooms within the 4-5 cottages, so we would look into renting that next time just for some more room. But we’d 10/10 recommend this little gem to anyone and would definitely come back again!

Hi Angela, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're so glad to hear that the cottage was just what you expected and that it was a perfect fit for your family getaway. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the comfortable sleeping arrangements, the easy beach access, and the charm of the shared patio and outdoor shower—such a great way to rinse off after a beach day! We’re also happy to hear that check-in was smooth and communication met your expectations. Your note about the larger two-bedroom cottage is great feedback, and we’d love to host you there next time for a bit more space. Thank you again for the 10/10 recommendation—it truly means the world to us! We’d absolutely love to welcome you back anytime. Warmest regards, ❤️Emperor Rentals 👑
