Welcome to Beach Trail Bungalow Unit C!

Beach Trail Bungalow is a beachfront triplex vacation rental home on the peaceful shore of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This property is great for larger groups/families as each unit has it's own private entrance! Incredible front row sunset views!

Property Highlights:
• First floor unit
• Private patio and walkway
• Huge backyard and decks that overlook the sandy white beach, all visitors can enjoy the separate seating areas
• Outdoor propane grill - guests responsible for exchanging propane tanks
• Updated and modern, cozy and comfortable
• Pet-friendly (Dogs are allowed with owner approval and non-refundable pet fee. Two dog limit.)

Accommodations:
• Kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, all pots & pans, dishes, and cutlery
• Queen bedroom w/ Queen sofa bed in living room
• Free off-street parking included
• All linens, towels, bedding, & pillows provided

Important Information:
• Beach chairs are not guaranteed, however, some guests or owners leave them behind for future guest use.
• Minimum age requirement of 25+ to book this unit
• Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tanks for the grill
• Pictured outdoor stairs have been removed from property
• For Airbnb Guests: A rental agreement will be emailed after booking
• Accessibility Notice: Limited accessible features for disabled guests are available at this time
• IRB VRR Permit # - You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We really enjoyed a romantic getaway at this beachfront property, it was truly perfect for us. The best feature was the direct beach access, allowing us to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean. The location couldn't have been better, especially since my husband loves fishing—he had a fantastic time! We celebrated his birthday here, and it was a memorable experience. Amazing location, with magical sunsets! While the space may be a bit small for three or four people, it’s ideal for couples. We would definitely return!

Great location. Quiet and quaint. Easy access to both Tampa and St. Pete. I would definitely stay here again.

My first issue was the not refundable 200 pet fee. The booking stated all fees were included. It mentioned that there was a pet fee, so when I added my dog to the occupants it should have been included in the total price. Check in was easy, the area was good. The house needs some work. Soffit is missing, rafters are exposed. Sliding glass door has broken/missing threshold. Inside of the home is so so. It feels like a well used and not well maintained property. The feet on some of the furniture is damaged from water (makes me wonder about mold). Toilet paper holder falls off when you touch it. The kitchen is newer, and in good shape and the view is amazing. But beware of potential fees! 500 fine if you don't have your trash bin out by 7AM, Additional cleaning fee if "excess sand" is left inside. Guests are responsible for filling propane tank for the grill.

A Gulf getaway

Just the right size for two people. We were within walking distance to so much! The walk straight out to the Gulf was wonderful. It looks as if the last hurricane may have joggled the decking, but it was functional. A delightful stay.

Beachfront hidaway

Stayed for a week visiting family in the area. Unit was a comfortable one bedroom right on the beach. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Very quiet and cozy. Love the town. Will be back.

This was a great place to stay for a couple. It is small but we rented it for the outdoor space which was lovely and quiet. It was nice to have the covered area for when it rained and the other outdoor space for the sunshine

Excellent Beach Front Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Small but well equipped and very clean one bedroom. We brought our 5 year old Beagle with us and she had a great time but was disappointed not to have access to the beach. The beach is not dog friendly but most of the neighborhood restaurants are and there are plenty of quiet streets for walking. It’s a hidden gem in the middle of the Tampa/St. Pete area.

Great beach stay

Spent spring break with my family (wife and 2 teens). Indian Rocks Beach is a great place. This place is great. Perfect for our needs. We planned on spending as much time on the beach so we don’t need a lot space inside. The backyard has a great deck for morning sunlight when you don’t want to go the few extra feet to the beach. Outstanding view of the gulf. Clean and in great condition.

Piece of paradise!

It was a perfect place for relaxing! Clean and cute! The property is a little older but other than small issues (blinds broken) from previous renters it was perfect! We also so much appreciated the starter kit of coffee!!

Its ok close to things

I was under the impression i was getting a 2 bedroom place and a washer dryer. The bed was ready to fall apart. It sagged in middle. The couch was was sagging.it was The outside chair was broken when you sat on it it fell apart. I was disappointed due to having separate beds.there was no king bed.The place is ok for 2 people terrible.

Indian Rocks getaway

Had some issues with a/c filter not in place and dirty air handler and when I swept the floor found a lot of dog hair that was not my dogs hair, and building and pictures not up to date. Beautiful location just would have enjoyed it more if the place was a little cleaner.

Old Florida Cozy Cottage

The bed/bedding was very comfortable and clean. The porch was a wonderful private place to relax and watch a sunset. The property is definitely dated and could use updates (i.e. new teflon pans, there were NO bowls for soup or serving, the kitchen sink didn't have a stopper, which we purchased to do dishes. The grill was filthy and when brought it to the attention of the management, it was looked at and nothing was done. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay.

Over all, it was a nice place and the location is great. Very easy to get on and off the beach. Sun sets were beautiful. I would stay again, even with the few negatives. There had clearly been some hurricane damage to the property, that hasn't been fixed yet. The deck we were expecting to use, straight out from our unit was missing. There were boards stacked up in our walkway, which made it a bit difficult because we had to walk around them, in the dirt, with our beach wagon. The walkway from the outdoor shower to the finished walkway was also missing. So, after rinsing the sand off your feet, you have to walk back through dirt to get back to the place. Without welcome mats or anything, this made it impossible not to track dirt and sand into the unit. Inside the unit was mostly good. It's an older property and shows some wear (like a worn toilet seat) but it was clean and had the supplies we needed. The blinds, in the living room, were missing several slats. I was told that the owner was aware, but never replaced them. I had to hang a sheet up every night. The wifi was good in the living room, but was horrible in the bedroom. The property manager came by to check it out, but I think the bedroom is just too far from the router. The property manager was super nice and answered messages very quickly. The few negatives weren't at all major enough to make me not stay here again. Hopefully the weather will cooperate better next time.
