Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
This new home is ready for you to enjoy, close to airport, shopping center, hikes, local wineries and much more.
New community and very safe, family friendly, easy to get out and go for a walk or bike ride.
Lots of space throughout, large rooms, big kitchen to cook your favorite meal, large backyard to enjoy outdoors with covered patio.

This spacious home offers lots of space with two story plan.
Blackout blinds on all room for you to enjoy your vacation sleeping in.
Nice view from living room to the backyard you can see deers from the back since there is no neighbors blocking the great nature view that this home has to offer.
Extra blankets, sheets and pillows in the closets on each room.
The master room has a soaking tub and dual vanity.
The other three bedrooms upstairs have a nice bathroom with dual vanity.
Downstairs is a half bathroom.
You can BBQ outside on the covered patio. For long term we offer starter pack of supplies for one week only.
Also we offer cleaning service during the stay for a low fee, our housekeeper can go in and clean for you.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don’t start laundry, don’t strip or make the beds my housekeeper will do that.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please register your dog and clean up after. Not registering your pet will be an additional $75 per day charged to you. No smoking in the house.
No noise between 10pm-7am, if we receive complaints from neighbors $250 fine will be charged to you. No smoking in the house allowed.
If cops are called tenants are responsible for all fines in addition $500 will be charged to you.

There was plenty of space and rooms in the house, and lots of bathroom space too! The backyard had a great lawn for our 2 dogs to run around in. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and pots & pans to cook with.

The home was inviting, functional, and provided a great place for us to stay while in town for my son’s wedding. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor furniture and grill was a bonus, the bedrooms spacious and comfy. The full length mirrors were a nice touch and helpful when getting dressed for a wedding, and the bathrooms are set up very nicely with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products. The host was welcoming and available for our needs. We definitely recommend.

Best place yet

We have stayed in many many VRBO homes around and this ranks at the top of the list. We had our dog with us and were really impressed with the size of the fenced yard. Can’t say enough about the great experience. We come to Medford and Ashland 2-3 times a year and plan to reserve this property again.

This home was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and every single linen in the home smelled INCREDIBLE, something you don't often find even in high-end rentals. The host truly went above and beyond, providing thoughtful extras throughout the home. The love and care they put in was evident from children's books and toys to every little detail in the kitchen, extra linens, etc... It was comfortable, welcoming, and exceeded all expectations.
