The location and space was perfect for our Seattle vacation. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby and are walkable. The beach is nearby and the main attractions are just a short drive away. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of space to ourselves in this townhome.

Me and my wife have travelled around the hotels where we stayed in luxury boutique hotels, and bed & breakfast places. I know the challenge of being a traveler away from home while exploring popular destinations. We enjoy this house ourselves whenever we are close to Seattle, so we have tried to have all the essential amenities in this townhome. Besides this home, I like working in the medical field and enjoy playing tennis in my spare time.

Why they chose this property

West Seattle is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, boasting an abundance of parks, beaches, and hiking trails. Stroll along the iconic Alki Beach, soak up the sun's rays while watching the ferries glide by, or explore the rugged trails of Lincoln Park, offering breathtaking views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

The Admiral District, in particular, is a haven for food lovers, with its eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, and bars lining the streets. From the renowned Dick's Drive-In, a Seattle institution known for its delicious burgers and milkshakes, to the trendy and upscale restaurants offering farm-to-table cuisine, the Admiral District has something to satisfy every culinary craving.

What makes this property unique

This townhome is centrally located, within 30 minutes from the most popular destinations in Seattle. This townhome is within walking distance of a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, & entertainment options.
