Each floor has its own bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups who want separation for naps, work calls, or earlier bedtimes.

The lower-level sleeping space will be especially appealing to business travelers, as it features an office corner where you can set up your laptop and work. If you`d like to stay active, you`ll love the dedicated home gym on the lower level for quick workouts, plus easy access to the patio, where you can catch a breath of fresh air in complete privacy.

*Please note that the downstairs bedroom space does not have a separate door, but instead has a workspace in the entry way that leads to the bedroom space.

The middle floor boasts it’s own bedroom with a king bed and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, the home opens into an airy top-floor great room with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room, making it ideal for cooking, playing games, and relaxing, with doors out to a balcony for fresh air between adventures. The primary bedroom with on-suite bathroom is also located on this floor to the other side of the stairs as well as a half bath.

The house sits in Admiral, a scenic, walkable West Seattle neighborhood perched on the peninsula`s northern bluff, known for big water-and-mountain views and a friendly `urban village` feel. It`s an easy base from where you can experience local cafés, parks, and classic Seattle scenery—without staying in the downtown core.

At the heart of the area, Admiral Junction is a compact shopping-and-dining district where you`ll find restaurants and stores clustered around California Ave SW. The Admiral Neighborhood Association also highlights the Admiral movie theater as a retro, nautical-themed local landmark worth catching for an evening outing.



For one of West Seattle`s most photogenic stops, head to Hamilton Viewpoint Park, which offers `a stunning view of the city, Elliott Bay, the harbor and the Cascade Mountains.` It`s a simple, memorable place to take skyline photos, breathe in salty air from the Sound, and watch the light change over Seattle.



Admiral is also home to Schmitz Park, described by the neighborhood association as 53 acres of never-cut forest—an atmospheric green escape that feels surprisingly wild for city limits.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

The garage is unavailable for parking at this time. Street parking is available on surrounding streets. EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The booking engine allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out.
