Spacious Living Room, cozy nooks for kids, and sunny decks set the stage for laughter and relaxation. After a day of sand and surf, rinse off in the outside shower, relax on the new decks until dinnertime, then fire up the grill to enjoy a family meal together before shooting hoops in the driveway and settling in to gather for board games or movie night. Close to local favorites for ice-cream, seafood/dining, local craft brews, art galleries, shopping, attractions, entertainment and activities, this home is all about simple pleasures and endless summer fun. New for 2026: Queen Bed added in the Separate Den Upper Level.
