About Richard and Stephanie Guyor
Retired teachers, we built the guest house as place to stay while we constructed our larger home next door on our 202 feet of lake MI frontage, renting it to hundreds of appreciative guests since 1974. Every year we have added unique features to the property while also completely restoring, as volunteers, the historic St. Ignatius mission church, 1/2 mi. north on the beach, and keeping it open daily for visitors to discover & enjoy.
Richard and Stephanie Guyor purchased this Cottage in 1969

Fabulous Lake Michigan hideaway
Charming A-frame cabin on Lake Michigan is perfect for a couple’s getaway. We enjoyed fires on the beach, the sound of waves breaking in the night, the beautiful view from the deck and an excellent location to explore the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. The owners are meticulous with every detail and the property is spotless. Definitely recommend. Golf, wineries, brewpubs, hiking and water activities are all close by.
