This cozy and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is an ideal basecamp for winter weekends, ski trips, and relaxing getaways. Thoughtfully laid out and easy to access, it’s perfect for couples, friends, or small families who want convenience without the crowds.

After a day on the slopes, come home to a warm, inviting space to unwind. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen for easy meals, comfortable living areas to relax, and space to store ski gear and winter essentials.

Good to know: the building manager lives in the unit above with two friendly dogs; occasional normal household sounds may be heard.

Located just minutes from downtown Harbor Springs, the apartment offers the best of both worlds—close to skiing and local attractions, yet comfortable and low-key at the end of the day. In warmer months, the area is equally appealing for hiking, biking, golf, and exploring the lakeshore.

We chose this neighborhood for its deep roots in Harbor Springs' ski history and its unbeatable proximity to the slopes. The Lamplighter has long been part of the local ski culture dating back to the 1960's and 70's, when Dean Shorter and generations of skiers helped shaped the area into the destination it is today. My own grandfather skied here and spent time at this very property during those early years, which makes hosting guests especially meaningful to us. Today, the location still offers that same easy access to Nubs Nob and The Highlands, paired with a quiet, tucked- away setting that's perfect for relaxing after a day on the hill.
