Rockwell is a new retreat that promises an incredible Deep Creek Lake experience. Four spacious suites, lots of room to entertain inside and out, your own private hot tub, and nearby lake access, make it ideal for any vacation with family or friends. Plus, it is just a short drive from the area's best-loved activities!

SPACIOUS INTERIOR
As you make your way through the grand entrance to Timber Rock Village, Rockwell is immediately in sight – ready and waiting to host your Deep Creek Lake vacation. The main level offers an open layout that is perfect for your gathering. Beautifully decorated, you can unwind in the great room and watch TV (70”) by the cozy glow of the modern electric fireplace.

Designed to delight the chef in your group, the kitchen includes highlights like a farm sink, under-counter ice maker, and a five-range gas stove. Make big breakfasts or delicious dinners that can be shared around the dining table. If you need extra space, there is seating for five at the kitchen island too.

For your convenience, the breezeway is outfitted with a second refrigerator. This is also where you will find the main level half bath and the laundry room.

When it comes to the bed and bath arrangements, everyone in your group will appreciate the floor plan at Rockwell! All four bedrooms are suites (two on each floor), giving each guest the comfort and privacy they deserve while on vacation.

Warm wood accents highlight the first main level suite that is furnished with a king-sized bed and 55” TV. The best part of this space? The attached bath with a double sink vanity, luxurious soaking tub, and large tile shower with both standard and rainfall fixtures.

The second main level suite is also furnished with a king-sized bed and has a wall-mounted TV to watch before you drift off to sleep. You will love the local artwork that adds to the ambiance and is found throughout the rest of the home as well.

The upper-level suites each have a king-sized bed and 55” TV. Plush bedding will keep you comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep that will leave you completely refreshed.

The game room has a cozy sectional couch that is also equipped with a sleeper sofa. The room boasts a 70” TV, barrel arcade game, and foosball.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Rockwell's woodland location is especially enjoyable from the covered porch where you can kick-back and relax. Wildlife sightings are common here, so be on the lookout for deer, bear, turkeys, and hawks. On the side of the house, discover a favorite gathering spot on the patio, equipped with a fire pit and bubbly hot tub. Spend enchanting evenings by the warmth of the fire while the moon rises over the treetops.

COMMUNITY LAKE ACCESS
Right across the street, you will find the path that leads to your lake access where you can swim, fish, kayak, and canoe. Everyone will love enjoying the amazing sunset view from the dock each evening.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended when visiting the area during the Winter months (November-March).

Pets are permitted with a fee. $100 per dog, maximum 2.

Walk towards Skipper's Point Road and go through the Timber Rock Village gate. Turn left on Skipper's Point Road, and walk to the gravel path that will be on your right on the left side of the home Gathering Place. Follow the path to the community dock.

As you look at the dock from land, the dock slip for Rockwell is the third full U slip from the left. The docks can go in the water on April 15th but are not guaranteed until mid May (based on weather). All docks will be removed by mid October.

Please note, there is an exterior security camera in the driveway.
