Location to downtown was excellent. Parking in the lot next door was helpful. Communication was perfect. The coffee and tea selections were a very nice touch. However, while the place was basically as shown in the photos, what I was unable to ascertain from pictures prior to booking was how uncomfortable the furniture was or the fact that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom. As someone over 60, this turned out to be important. The stairs are narrow and steep. The bed has a memory foam type mattress. As for the couch, I could feel the metal support bars through the couch material, so was unable to sleep on that as an alternative to the upstairs bed. A few suggestions of things that were not available in the unit but would have been helpful: oven mitts/pot holders, bedroom clock, corkscrew, pizza cutter, ice cube trays.
The interior of the property is as shown in the photos. Design scheme is attractive and kitchen is well stocked. The secured parking is a plus. The street in front of the unit does have parking, but it is limited in availability and it is on a busy street. This unit is a second story unit with a third story loft. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and it met our needs.
My husband and I have lived in Lancaster for almost 20 years and have called this place home when we first got married! We have two wonderful kids, we love to go downtown to walk, eat good food and relax.

Love the area because of how close it is to F&M and the train station. Love going for a run in the F&M stadium or going to near by restaurants like Route 66 and Yuzu.
