Val has got to be the best host we’ve ever encountered on VRBO. She was very communicative, had many many suggestions for things to do in the area and kept in touch with us the entire time. The place was beautiful. Very nice decor and extremely clean, which is important to me. All instructions were very clear as to entrance and exit. The fact that it was pet friendly was wonderful and our dog really enjoyed her stay. We highly recommend This adorable little place close to everything. Anyone would want to do in the area!

Very nice place overall and a great host that shares lots of information. Just bring a flashlight if you arrive at night since the motion activated one doesn't cover out to where you park or walk. Also if your tall please be aware that you'll have to duck in spots and to fit under the shower. It's wasn't bad enough to drop a star just something to know about.

This condo was perfect for our family (6/4 years old) plus our pup had room. Very close to everything we planned. Plenty of space to relax and very quiet. The condo was super clean and inviting. We would absolutely stay here again

Val was a great host. She provided everything we needed, including coffee. The unit was perfect for my daughter and me. The location was convenient to all things Lancaster County. I recommend touring Val's horse farm. What a fun afternoon!

Val is an amazing host! She provided us information of restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo was very cozy and quiet.The cleanliness and detail was top notch.Our stay was cut short due to my yorkie being very ill but it was so nice to find a condo this beautiful that welcomed my girls!

Property was very nice. Hostess was great. Had trouble getting a comfortable temperature. First impression when arriving was an uncut unkept backyard. It made you wonder what the condo was like. I'm happy to say it was very cozy and comfortable.

Peaceful getaway

The condo was perfectly appointed. The patio are was delightful with the birds chirping while we sipped on cocktails in the evening and coffee in the morning. Great spot to rest your head!

Great stay!

Val was very helpful while staying with her. The beds are comfortable. Having access to a washer/ dryer was so helpful. There are a bunch of coffees and teas available. Plus there were breakfast bars, oatmeal and candy! There were coffee creamers and water in the fridge. The neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet. We would definitely stay in the future. Thanks Val!

Perfect location and accommodations.

We were looking for a place to stay while taking in a show at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. This was perfect for us! Very close to the theater and great accommodations. A nice cozy spot to explore the Lancaster area.

cozy and conveniently located near everything

A very cozy, clean, and nice house. My husband, our dog, and I stayed there for one night and two days. The host was very responsive to any questions. Unfortunately, we missed her while visiting their stable due to timing. It’s a great place for a getaway!I’m giving it 4 stars because the heater was a bit loud for me, though it didn’t bother my husband at all. We visit Lancaster County, PA, quite often and will likely stay here again next time.

Wonderful place to stay

We absolutely loved this place. Perfect for the 3 of us to stay while at a seminar. Very cozy and welcoming. Val was great with communicating. Highly recommend this place. Close to many things and yet you still feel like your away from it all.

Our condo is located a short walking distance to the neighborhood walking trail to enjoy a stroll and take your pet with you, and closeby to the community garden plots.
