We were visiting friends in Lancaster and this adorable condo met our needs perfectly. It was spotless, well appointed with everything we needed and a very convenient location. Our host was a quick communicator on any questions we had. The property itself is well taken care of and in a lovely location. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely come back again.

This place really is a hidden gem in Lancaster. The property was great and centrally located, close to downtown shopping as well as the sports complex that we were playing a basketball tournament at over the weekend. Val was friendly, attentive and was very easily accessible throughout the trip. The worst part about this was that we couldn't stay longer - it was that amazing.

The communication with our host was very good, quick to reply. Our check in and checkout instructions very clear. The space was welcoming and comfortable. This was a perfect place to relax. It is close to a grocery store, and to all activities we planned-including going to the Sight and Sound theatre.

Host was very accommodating & even provided a list of restaurants and other local attractions for our visit. The condo had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, everything was in pristine condition and very clean.Even though the property is listed as a first floor condo, it is more like a converted apartment with a house above. We could definitely hear people above us, but they were never too loud or disturbing.

We welcome you back anytime!🤗 The apartment is on the ground floor, our adult son Chad, owns the home, and lives on the first floor. Guests appreciate the ground floor since there are absolutely no steps, parking is on level ground with your entrance, and the entrance opens to your private, peaceful spacious backyard. There is also a peaceful concrete and brick patio, shaded and covered by the beautiful deck, complete with table and chairs for dining outside and enjoying the property even more. Every property should be this easy to enjoy. The private parking, patio, quiet backyard, and thoughtful amenities like coffee, creamer(s!!), full size fridge and luxurious bathroom were above and beyond our expectations. We meandered along backroads on our quest for fabric stores and couldn't get over how well-cared-for the farms and homes appeared. It was just the balm to our spirits we needed. I hope we can return someday soon.

Everything was good except for the overpowering smell of bleach or other cleaning solvents masking what seemed to be an animal urine odor. I’m sensitive to chemicals and when I first opened the door noticed it. A friend stopped by to visit and when I opened the door to let them in, immediately commented on the odor. Quite disappointing considering everything else was nice, clean, and well-stocked.

We pride ourselves, providing an extremely clean and welcoming apartment, and use Pine-Sol to ensure the apartment is disinfected to VRBO,‘s five star standards! Pine-Sol is the only cleaning agent that has a disinfectant, and I’m confident that is what you smelled upon entering. We take great care ensuring the apartment is completely and thoroughly cleaned, and we have been told by many other guests it is the cleanest VRBO, rental they have ever stayed in. This is perhaps also the reason we have numerous return guests who are delighted to stay in our apartment as they know everything will be squeaky clean!! Please note, we do not use bleach to clean the apartment, that is only used for laundry linens and the laundry is conveniently located within your apartment, just across from the refrigerator. Perhaps you smelled laundry that may have just been completed? Pine-Sol is definitely our go to disinfectant cleaning agent in all of our accommodations. Thank you again for staying with us and choosing our VRBO,!!

Our Property is nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and it's 1 mile from where I grew up! The area is super safe, with minimal traffic in a convenient location.

Our apartment is located a short walking distance to the neighborhood walking trail to enjoy a stroll and to take your pet for a walk, and close by to the community garden plots.

AND .... BRING your furry pet friends!!

It's also beautifully appointed for comfort and style with all the amenities needed as a home away from home. We provide numerous pantry items, typically not provided by other Airbnb stays.
