Family-oriented lagoon-side home in Sea Pines close to Harbour Town
Located less than a mile inside the Sea Pines front gate this updated Carolina Place home has lagoon views framed by traditional South Carolina live oaks. This scene can be enjoyed on the elevated back deck complete with comfortable outdoor seating, and a full size grill. Carolina Place offers owners and guests a large beautiful private community pool and pool area with additional grills, a shaded space, and first come first serve tennis and pickleball courts – just a five minute walk away!
Inside the home, there is plenty of room for the whole family with 3 bedrooms and a sleep-in den area. This home offers a semi-open, updated and fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for dining indoor and outdoor, board games, high speed internet, and cable TV. The master bedroom offers high ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, as well as incredible lagoon views out of the sliding doors onto the back deck.
Our community includes amenities such as a shared recreation area with a pool (generally open from March to October), a BBQ area and pickleball courts.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to Sea Pines requires a Sea Pines gate/vehicle pass. The Resort is in charge of how these are obtained. There is a weekly charge between $10 and $30 per vehicle. As a guest, you are responsible for these charges. They will be in addition to your daily rental rate. There is also a $200 replacement fee if you lose the pool keys or take them with you

Carolina Place is quiet and idyllic, located VERY close to grocery stores and the main gate, and offers many amenities including a pool, pickleball and tennis courts and a grilling area. The Forest Preserve is next door and it's about a 15 minute bike ride to the beach.
We also fell in love with lagoons, the live oaks and how meticulously maintained our streets are.

As with the rest of Sea Pines, you can occasionally catch a glimpse of alligators sunning themselves in the lagoon - close enough to enjoy but far away enough to still be cute!
