We absolutely loved having you here! I have to say you were one of the best guests I have encountered at any property I manage. The house looked like it had been cleaned when I walked in!!!! We are disappointed by your three-star review, as we do not believe it accurately reflects the home or the service you received. The private pool is a standard-size pool for this area and is shown accurately in the listing photos. It is not a small splash pool. We have managed this property for three years and have not received complaints like this before. The beach is within walking distance, and many residents and guests regularly make the walk. Walking distance can feel different to each person, but the location is represented accurately. There was one broken slat in the upper bunk, but it did not affect the integrity of the bed. The air-conditioning issue was unexpected and beyond our control, but we had it repaired immediately. This is a wonderful vacation home in the desirable Destiny East community. It is not advertised as brand new, and the photos accurately represent the home, furnishings, pool, and condition. You also did not meet or speak with the owner. You communicated with us, the property managers, and we worked courteously and promptly to address your concerns. We respect your right to share your opinion, but we do not believe this was a three-star stay. We hope future guests will review the listing and photos and make their own decision and not base it on your opinions that have not been shared by 3 years of happy guests.

THANK YOU for leaving the amazing review. This home is amazing!!! The pool is perfect. We are so glad you stayed with us. You are awesome and we would love to host you again one day. Don't forget us. Renda

Hi Adel, I'm glad you loved Saige. I wish you would of told us about the drain in the kids bathroom tub. We would of fixed it immediately. We take 5 Star reviews very seriously and do not feel that a drain warranted a 4 star. Thank you for staying with us and in the future...if you need something reach out and it will be taken care of. Renda
