Welcome to remarkable Limearita! -- Your Beach House on the Emerald Coast.
Setup for great stays with a heated pool (up to 88-degrees), ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and even a workspace in the master with small desk and monitor.
Just two blocks from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, Remarkable Limearita is a 6-bedroom, 4-bath family-friendly beach house. It sleeps up to 15 comfortably, with a private pool (heating optional), full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation. A Ddog is welcome with prior approval.

Swimming Pool:
・9x19 ft oval, 3-5 ft deep
・Optional heating is available for an additional fee, collected after booking
・Requests must be made and paid for at least 7 days before arrival
・Two heating levels charged per night for the full length of stay:
・83° = $50 per night
・88° = $75 per night
・Message us for exact cost for your stay, there may be discounts available.

・Pool umbrellas provided; keep down & secured when not in use
・No glass allowed in pool area; swim at your own risk; children must be supervised

・Not permitted on furniture, in pool, or left unattended in backyard or balcony
・Guests must clean up all waste and walk dogs away from home
・Note: County permit required to take dogs on the beach
・Guests fully responsible for any damage or inappropriate "soiling"

The private heated pool lets families stay close and enjoy each other's company while being just two blocks from the beach while also allowing all to enjoy the sugar sands and gulf waters.
We are constantly making changes, upgrading, and adding items. It is the kind of home that will likely never be complete!
