In Bartholomew County, yet minutes away from beautiful Brown County, Indiana you will find this one of a kind find. You are close to all the bigger city amenities, yet in a tranquil country setting.

Just off of Highway 46 is a drive shared only by one other Owner way up past the Lonesome Oak.

All on main level, you enter into the foyer and you will immediately notice all the unique features of this home starting with the living room with a wood burning fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the gorgeous valley and the lake below. This level also has a huge kitchen with lots of counter space, a separate dining area and a bedroom with a king bed, an office desk and a full bath.

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bath and then the 2 bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a bunk bed in the other which has a twin bed over a full bed and a full bathroom for those 2 bedrooms.

From the main level, you can descend to the basement with another full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed and a second living space. Out the patio doors is the 4 person hot tub overlooking the lake,
