The cottage accommodates six, with options of a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a cozy sleeper sofa. Don't wait any longer. Rural Environment Notice
Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring.

These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience!

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Moondance Vacation Homes proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee.

ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Effective July 1, 2025, the county has raised the innkeeper's tax from 5% to 8%.

This is our second stay at the Snoozy Snail, and we will be back! We absolutely love it! The house is adorable with everything you could need for a relaxing get away. We love the proximity to town and the Hard Truth. The backyard is perfect with the running brook, fire pit, and hot tub. The check in process is stress free! It is extremely clean. Just the perfect home away from home!

Absolutely loved the Snoozy Snail. The house was well equipped with all your basic amenities. The backyard was quiet and private, really enjoyed the hot tub on our two crisp mornings. The house is was so comfortable, clean and perfect location to explore downtown Nashville.

Absolutely wonderful

Relaxing getaway

The Snoozy Snail was the perfect location for our relaxing getaway. The hot tub was clean and allowed for a relaxing soak listening to the trickling stream. The outdoor space was quiet and private. The house was only a couple of minutes from downtown Nashville shopping and dining.
