Minutes to Empire Polo Fields and new Acrisure Arena.

This newly remodeled home is located in La Quinta Cove. The beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains can be seen from the front courtyard and the Coral Mountains by the newly re-surfaced pebble tech heated pool/spa. Front courtyard has very comfortable patio furniture while relaxing next to a custom water feature. Hiking and bike trails are within walking distance. This home is within minutes of Old Town La Quinta, which has wonderful restaurants, salons and boutiques.

The livingroom has an open concept with tall ceilings and stone wall accents. For your entertainment we have provided a LG 70 inch HD flat screen TV with cable, wifi internet and unlimited calls to US and Canada. This kitchen is full equipped and has granite counter tops.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32 in Samsung flat screen HD flat screen TV. The master bath is beautifully tiled with a walk-in glass shower. Double sinks with granite counters. Sliding door off master bath gives quick access to the pebble tech heated pool and spa. First bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has twin beds, great for kids. Second bathroom is off the hallway, which is easy access to both bedrooms. This bathroom is also beautifully tiled with a glass walk-in shower and granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer are off the hallway close to all bedrooms.

If you like to golf, the Coachella Valley offers several prestigious golf courses. Silver Rock, La Quinta Resort and Spa and PGA West are within minutes from our home.

House is within 8 min drive to Empire Polo Fields where Coachella and Stagecoach concerts are held. 20 min drive to Acrisure Arena.

If you like to shop, El Paseo (Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), College of the Desert Street Fair in Palm Desert, Westfield Mall, The River at Rancho Mirage and Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, outside of Palm Springs.

Ring security system and doorbell with camera is provided along with a Yale door lock.

This was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at. It was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. The pool and spa were wonderful! The guest instructions and information from beginning to end were clear and timely. The host had great communication and was so easy to work with. If you stay here you will love it!

Perfect house for family getaway

We stayed with my family, teenagers and toddlers. Pool was beautiful, house has every single utensil you would need. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely would come again!

We’ve stayed at Marla’s place multiple times now, and it’s consistently amazing. Always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, it truly feels like a home away from home. 5 Stars – Fantastic Stay in La Quinta!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation rental in La Quinta. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The private pool and spa were perfect for relaxing, and the mountain views were stunning.The host was helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great La Quinta Getaway

This is about the 8th VRBO home I’ve stayed in within La Quinta Cove and it was the best so far. My family likes to get away from city living and relax in a pool and in the sun with no cares for a few days a couple times a year. This property was perfect for that. The pool was larger than many in the area; the house was impeccably clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners were very responsive and accommodating and the location is ideal if you love La Quinta Cove like we do and enjoy walking in the quiet neighborhood or on local trails. It’s also a quick drive to historic La Quinta to enjoy the restaurants and Sunday’s Farmers Market. You can’t go wrong with this property. We will definitely be repeat renters.

Enjoying Indian Wells tennis with friends

Such a wonderful time with friends. We have stayed in hotels closer to the venue in the past but this was so much more comfortable. We had space to spread out and relax in the evenings and Marla was super responsive to any questions we had. Thank you.

Vacation Stay

Marla was a wonderful host and communication with her was excellent. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s, and I only give reviews to the best homes. This home is very clean, well stocked, and in a very quiet area. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and newly redone. We were very happy with the house both inside and outside. Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay in La Quinta! We were there for family Thanksgiving and needed to prep a couple of side dishes to bring to dinner and found the kitchen very well stocked for meal prep. The pool is beautiful and we did enjoy a dip in the spa! All instructions were thorough and easy to understand which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Gem in La Quinta

Marla is an amazing host! Her home is beautiful, always clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s fully stocked and spacious, perfect for the entire family. The pool is a great size, and the outdoor seating area is fantastic. Our family has made it a tradition to visit this gem every summer, and we look forward to many more visits in the future. Perfect for private family getaway

The house was clean. Easy check in process, responsive host. We enjoyed the pool and house very well. Perfect for families who seek for a private getaway. The only thing was the too hot weather dur to heat wave which has nothing with host. Other than that, it was completely perfect. ✌️

Clean House

This house was very clean and decorated nicely. It was pretty close to the event as well. The neighbors kept to themselves, and it was in a good quiet neighborhood. The pool was very nice to have. It made the 105-degree temperature seem like 80 degrees. The house could have held more people, but I went on this trip with the wife only. We had a 3-bedroom house to ourselves basically which was nice! There were a few annoying crickets that got into the house. But they didn't last long! :) All in all, it was very enjoyable stay, and we had a great time. I would stay at this house again if I were in the area. It was very secluded and easy to check in and out of. thanks!

We are from Northern California. We have three grown childred which are married with kids. We wanted a place where our family could go and relax. We enjoy the sun, water and walking and this place provides everything we were asking for.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We have traveled in this area many times and just love it. Once we decided to purchase a home we knew it had to be near the Santa Rosa Mountains. Our current home, it takes at least an hour drive to get to a major mall, Costco or Trader Joes. We like the fact that everything is so close. Major shopping, golf, restaurants, casinos, entertainment just minutes away. Also the fact that the home was resently remodel was and added plus. It was move in ready in a very nice, friendly neighborhood.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Setting in the front courtyard and enjoying the western view of the Santa Rosa mountains. Listening to the waterfall is very relaxing and a perfect get away. Walking and bike trails are a few blocks away. Old Town La Quinta is within walking distance.
