Great Stay

The house had plenty of room for a family of 4. We had fun playing in the heated pool! The location was great.

Thanks for the nice review. We try to offer a good value, low stress process, and relaxing environment. Since this is our second home, we are more interested in good guests than maximizing profits. Palm Springs is our community, too.

Womens weekend

Had a great time hanging by the pool. Ate at the surf club twice (which is walking distance). Close to the airport but the planes never bothered us. The house was cozy and fun!

We loved this property! The decor was so fun, colorful and beautiful. Location was fabulous-so close to Demuth Park. Also this property is centrally located. Ric the property manager was very helpful during check in and responded promptly to any questions we had. We were so happy we stayed here!

Perfect in Every Way!

This house is perfect for a family vacation! Not only is this house perfectly located close (but not too close) to all the fun of Palm Springs, but it's walking distance to DeMuth Park which is great if you are traveling with kiddos and/or dogs. The house is clean and well cared for and had one of the best appointed kitchens of any rental property we have ever stayed at! The owner and property manager were easy to get in touch with and made our stay wonderful. 10/10 would recommend this awesome place!

Loved it!

Location is everything then there comes the pool! The house was clean and well kept, bright and quiet...just what we were looking for. The owner is a good man who is more then willing to listen to any comments or feedback and responds positively. We will be back for sure!

A great place to stay

This was a great property. Close to everything in a very quiet tidy neighborhood. Friendly neighbours too. We were admiring the oranges on a tree two doors down and the homeowner gave us a dozen! The house was well appointed and very clean. It was everything we needed and more. I’d love to go back to Palm Springs and stay here again. My sister and I had a wonderful time.

Quiet and cute

We enjoyed the home. The check in was very easy and the property manager was kind and efficient . The pool was very nice! We spent each day at the pool. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The only thing we heard all day was bird chirping. Thd find is well appointed and very clean.

Winter Break in Palm Springs

We stayed at this home in Palm Springs for month long break from the Canadian winter. We arrived about 4 hours early, the manager was easily contacted and accommodated by letting us in early. We found the home clean and as shown in the photos. The home was well equipped and suited us just fine through our stay. I would recommend this home to others.

Lovely Post-Modern Home

Super-clean, comfortable and decorated in the desert post-modern fashion which is iconic for Palm Springs. Loved it! We asked for the pool to be heated, which was completely worth it. We spent hours in the pool in the morning and at night. Loved having the pool noodles to play with. Kitchen is well-stocked. The only ding is that the listing says there is a hot tub but there is not. I had emailed prior to the stay to ask, and did not get a response.

I don’t know why that Vrbo ad says there is a hot tub. We have never claimed that there is. I will double check that for accuracy. I did receive your message asking about one, and I remember writing back that there was no hot tub. It was in the same email that you asked about heating the pool. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Beautiful property in a great location

If you're thinking about staying at this property, do it! The property was about a mile from the airport and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, Cathedral City, and a few hiking locations. House was well-equipped with everything we needed and clean. We'll be back the next time we're in Palm Springs.

This was our second year booking this house. It is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to downtown, shopping and dining. The owners have done a great job of stocking items you may need during your stay. We love it and can’t wait to return for our third year.

When first entering home it had a strange smell? We needed to purchase candles with a scent to cover smell. Also, lots of flies on patio. We did enjoy the pool area and that’s what we came for.

You never mentioned anything about a "strange smell." The house is cleaned and deodorized after every guest departs, so if you had let us know of any problem, we could have remedied it. No guest before you and no guest after you has said anything. Very disappointed in your review.

Palm Springs Retreat

My sister and I had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and we used the outdoor grill several times. We were so comfortable there that we only went out to eat once! It was very close to grocery stores and a liquor store, of course! We found the ALDI store to have a great wine selection and fabulous stuffed mushrooms. We are definitely planning to stay here again soon! The only suggestion I have is that the bedding and the towels could use an update. Other than that, it was a perfect getaway! Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful house and pool in Palm Springs

Wonderful stay

Great place to stay in Palm Springs! The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner provided lots of amenities like towels, linens, pots, pans, silverware, washer, dryer, etc. The pool was great, too. Checkin and checkout was quick and easy. Close to Palm Springs attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay with a pool!

My wife, 2 year old and myself stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The house was perfect for us! The kitchen has everything we needed and felt like home. I also appreciated the trundle bed under each twin as it worked out perfectly for our daughter to sleep on as she not out of a crib yet. Although it was in the 90’s I recommend the pool heater being turned on as it was still a little to chilly without it for our kiddo.

Lovely getaway!

Location was great - short drive into town - lovely park just down the street. Fully enjoyed the pool - pay extra for heating in non-summer months. It was SO worth it! The house was clean and spacious. Well stocked with wonderful upgraded appliances. Only issues were very minor - the ice machine in fridge door was not working, and the bedroom door locks (to front patio) should have the locks changed out. It is not safe to have internally keyed deadbolts on three external doors, with only one key provided for all three. (This was relayed to the property manager - hopefully its been addressed already.) All in all, a lovely time though!

There is a switch inside the freezer to turn on the ice maker. The double deadbolts are set up to be locked when the house is empty. Otherwise, the regular lock is used.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood

We had a very good time in our home away from home. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. WiFi was good. We used our Roku on the TV and that worked out very well. The kitchen was great and for a change it had really sharp knives. so many homes we have rented have lousy knives. There is some jet noise from PSP in the AM but it is brief. So yes we recommend this rental.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is primarily our own vacation home. We make it available when we aren't there. We love the mountain views, the open floor plan, private backyard with pool. We love to entertain small groups of friends when we stay. We decorated it in bright, fun colors to create a relaxing, casual environment. It's 3 miles from the heart of downtown PS, two blocks from Demuth Park, 1 mile from the airport. In a quiet, friendly neighborhood with many long-time owners. Please be respectful of the surrounding residents. See the "Rental Agreement" for the instructions.

Completely remodeled when we purchased it, with continuous upgrades and improvements each year. We take great pride in the house because it is our second home. It has s casual and comfortable to enhance a relaxing stay. We want guests to enjoy themselves while staying at the home. We love its close proximity to everything, the friendly neighborhood, and everything else about the place.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There is a shade-covered patio off of the kitchen/dining area. There are a washer and dryer in the garage. Patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and some pantry supplies. The pool can be heated for an additional charge for each day heated (It is rarely necessary to heat the pool).

We strive for 5-star approvals, and we want guests to have a great experience. We believe that if we are honest and treat people with respect, that they will reciprocate.

Almost all of the people to whom we have rented have been great. They took care of the house and let us know if there were any issues. There have been a couple of disappointments, but we see the glass half-full. We love being able to share our home so that other people can enjoy the wonders of Palm Springs, too.
