A super exclusive area of ​​240 thousand square meters, all surrounded by rainforest and natural springs, with all the comfort and quiet of a heavenly place. The main house has 730 m2, with 4 large bedrooms, 4 suites, room for 3 areas, 2 fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen. At the back there is a little house over a full suite, wood stove and barbecue, and garage. Two swimming pools (adult and children) with waterfall, and more a suite at the pool with another barbecue. On the site there are still 1 semi-official football field lawn (with night lighting), 1 sports court (with night lighting), 3 natural fish ponds, several springs with waterfalls and trails in the rainforest, horses, ponies, cows and calves , and 3 acres of eucalyptus forest.


Ibiúna is the 3rd largest city of São Paulo: Surrounded by greenery and beautiful dams, Ibiúna is the third largest city of São Paulo in extension. Besides the huge 'hinterland', as the people there refers to the rural area, there is close to the city and across and extension of Highway Bunjiro Nakao very high standard condominiums and very comfortable and welcoming sites.
