Hilton Head Getaway

This was our first time to the Island and we will definitely be back! The Condo was in a great location close to restaurants/ shopping/ beach, etc! And very clean!The Durbin's are quick to answering any questions and making sure you have everything for a relaxing stay!! We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place!

The condo was a great base for our beach vacation - easy walk to the beach and right next to the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Loved the large outdoor porch area for eating meals. The beach cart and beach gear were a plus. Overall great stay!

Another great stay!

We have stayed at the Durbin’s condo many times and enjoyed our experiences. Our granddaughters have grown to college age and still look forward to our special time in Hilton Head. The Durbin’s condo is always clean and welcoming. It is a short walk to the beach and the large pool is right in the back. The remodel of the kitchen is bright and is equipped with everything one could possibly need.

year after year, Fiddler’s Cove delivers

Great place! Clean and convenient

The location was great in the complex and on the island. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated. All items you may need in the kitchen and for the beach are there. The best part to me was the cleanliness--cleanest place I have ever rented.

Fiddlers Cove Villa

Very nice place with easy access to the beach. It felt super homey and had everything my family needed. Lots of tennis courts and the pools were big and well kept. The entire establishment was surrounded by lots of greenery so it felt private and looked beautiful

Great week!

The weather was beautiful! We have stayed at the Durbin's before and enjoyed everything. Loved the remodeled areas and the new colors. The condo is the perfect - very close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Can't wait until next year!

Condo had everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head island! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach but they furnished a cart to carry all your beach needs! The pool was awesome and so close to our condo, it was never too crowded and always had enough chairs for everyone! We would definitely stay here again!

Fiddler's Cove Getaway

We Love this area and plan to return again. Villa was nice and convenient to shopping and dining. Owners are great and took care of a minor issue quickly. Large deck and spacious 1st floor unit.

Great Find Close to Beach

Excellent 2 BR, 2 full bath, 1st floor condo with large porch near beautiful heated pool and tennis courts, short walk to beach. Owners were very responsive to our every question and request. Updated kitchen and convenient in-unit washer/dryer. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. Complex in a great, convenient location to everything. Would highly recommend.

EVEN THOUGH THE WEATHER DID NOT ALWAYS COOPERATE, WE HAD A GREAT TIME. BEACH, POOL, SHOPPING, AND TIME TO CATCH UP WITH OUR GRANDDAUGHTERS FROM SAVANNAH. WE HAVE BEEN LUCKY ENOUGH TO SPEND TIME IN THE DURBIN'S VILLA BEFORE AND IT IS PERFECT. KELLY IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL - COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER HOST. THANK YOU - HOPE TO VISIT AGAIN NEXT YEAR!

Exactly as Picured and Expected!!!!

The condo was great. It had everything and more needed to make the week great. The beach was a easy walk with the provided beach wagon. The umbrella was a necessity as the weather was great and the water was refreshing!!! The community was clean and well maintained and the pool was excellent in the evening after the day at the beach. We will be coming back for sure!!!!!

Pre-Season getaway

Beautiful unit that is steps away from the well kept pool and hot tub. The community, despite being on the bigger side, was very quiet. Beach is about a 10 minute walk( less than 1/2 mile). There are beach chairs etc if you didn’t bring your own. The unit has a deck which has access from the living room and the master bedroom. The deck overlooks the pool- it was really pleasant to sit out and relax and enjoy the garden-like atmosphere. Was very clean, kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. There are 2 full bathrooms which is very civilized(grown-ups appreciate their privacy!) The only negative was that the living room TV was not a “smart” TV which made streaming impossible( I know, first world problems!) Overall, this is a very nice unit, veryaffordable with lots of space, close enough to Coligny if you want to go down to shops and restaurants. Also, the location is away from town center, which ensures the beach was not wall to wall people!

Roofing unit caused us to leave early

The villa and Fiddlers Cove were great, however, 2 days after our arrival they started reroofing the villa. We were not notified prior or we would have made other arrangements. We were unable to use the room and the porch from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM due to noise and flying debris. We ended up leaving early, notified the owner whose only response was they were also unaware. No apology or recompense was offered.

Wonderful condo and great location

Great condo! Everything you would need for an incredible vacation! Short 5 minute walk or bike ride to the beach. We were there during the Fourth of July holiday and the beach area at the opening was not crowded at all. Loved having the pool and hot tub right outside our porch. The pool was really great and a perfect temperature as was the hot tub. Staying on the first floor was perfect. Plenty of parking. The complex was kept neat and clean. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We loved eating our meals and having coffee on the large porch. The condo was decorated very nice and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Loved staying on the quiet northern part of the island especially during the busy holiday. We were still close enough to ride our bikes to so many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!

Perfect location. Well stocked. Clean and comfortable.

I am including some info for families here but first would like to make clear that this is a GREAT spot! The first floor and proximity to pool alone was awesome. The beds and linens are high quality and clean. The house has lots of utensils and tools. The beach cart and chairs are great--just bring your beach towels and toys! If you have kiddos, you may want to bring tablets for tv, the cable is a bit wonky in Bedrooms. And, bring your roku or fire stick to use in living room-there is an HDMI cord. The property is clean and well maintained. The security and staff were super friendly. The pool was perfect and warm in April The hot tub is very relaxing, but beware that children are not allowed in it. Ours were snapped at a few times by the residents--even just for sticking their feet in. The beach is about a ten minute stroll away and has smaller waves and gorgeous sand. We took a drive to Coligny beach and had no trouble parking there in April. I recommend this for kiddos there is a really cool fountain/play area that they loved. And lots of restaurants and shops. The porch is super relaxing and nice to have. and there are cute little playgrounds around for quick distractions for kiddos. Less than one mile away there is an arcade ice cream and mini golf spot that was fun too!!

My family has been coming to Hilton Head since 1994 when my parents purchased the property for the family to enjoy. My wife and I just purchased the Villa this year and we are happy to continue the tradition! We could not be more excited to share our love of the Island with others!

The location is perfect. It is one of the larger first floor villas. With views from the back deck looking out at the Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court and just steps from the rear gate to the Beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of the main reasons why we enjoy Hilton Head so much is the TRUE family vacation experience. Access to paved bike trails, nearby water parks, swimming, miniature golfing, dolphin tours, dining and shopping, etc. Just a 40 minute drive to Historical Savannah, Georgia. Each year we have found new and exciting activities for our kids to experience. We are looking forward to the new stage in our lives where we can just kick back and relax!
