This spacious and airy 3BR/2BA home with heated pool is located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood and has plenty of space for your family or friends. Just a short driving distance to Englewood and Boca Grande beaches, the famous Warm Mineral Springs Park, and multiple golf courses. Don't feel like driving? Enjoy the pristine pool and the gorgeous outdoor sitting area! This home has everything you might need and even more!
The space
Relax and enjoy your vacation with family or friends! The living room has a comfortable couch, a love seat, and a flat screen smart TV. The living room, dining area, and kitchen create a large open area with plenty of space for family fun and entertainment. The spacious living room is perfect for your entertaining. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a smart TV, and a plenty of closet space. The sliding door leads to the to the patio with the pool. The first guest room has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. The guest rooms also have spacious closets with a lot of room for your belongings.
The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and a private toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. We provide some generic body wash, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels as well as some beach towels.
A fully equipped kitchen has plenty of seating space and all essentials that you will need for food preparation. You can enjoy a good meal and a company of your friends in the dinning area or on the patio. The patio has a dining table, some lounge chairs and a grill. Guests will have full access to the swimming pool (can be heated only during colder months, November through May, for an additional charge of $25.00 per day). The house is pet friendly for an additional pet fee ($100.00 Per Stay). We allow only one midsize dog. We provide a Pack and Play for our little guests by request.

Guest access
Guests will have an access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage and owners closet.
The house has a ring doorbell camera installed at the entrance solely for your security. This is 24/7 motion activated camera that can be monitored remotely. We respect your privacy. The camera is facing outside toward the street and there are no cameras inside the house or in the pool area.

There will be an additional charge for pool heating during cold months ($25/day)
Pet Fee is $100 per stay and renter is responsible for any damage the pet causes to the home.
This is a smoke free Property. This includes inside the house, the pool area and outside on the property.
We respect our neighbors and don't allow large gatherings such as parties on the property and ask you to have a quiet time after 9 pm
