This house requires renters to provide photo ID to the property manager and will be required to have a hold put on their credit card for a security damage deposit with the property manager.

This beautiful 3 bedroom single story home is in the Glen Eagles village of the popular Remington Golf Community. Remington Golf boasts an 18 hole championship visually striking course with a complete practice area including a unique water driving range. This course is a mile from its sister course, Kissimmee Bay Golf Club. Remington Golf Community is just 1.5 miles north of the intersection of the Florida Turnpike and Hwy 192 which offers great access to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks. Shopping and dining can be found in either direction on this central artery. In the family room, there is a newly installed 60 inch Smart TV. This home is ideal for families with kids, golfers and snow birds. Remington is just a short drive to the Orlando International Airport and is a gated community with the security gates manned at night.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

Had the best time!

Great property! Loved our private pool. The pool view of the pond was very serene. Beatiful sunrise and sunset views. Great location too!, half hour to the airport, half hour to Disney, and only one hour to cocoa beach! Great time!

Very clean and cozy

We stayed for 5 nights while our family of four visited Disney World. It was much bigger than it seemed in the photographs. The master bed and bath are great especially for a vacationing family!

Good place to stay

House was good for our visit to the area. The pool alarm needs to be updated. Area was very convenient for travel. Bathroom shower faucet very hard to turn on and off, needs to be repaired. Overall pleased with the property

Wonderful House in a Wonderful Golfing Community

My husband & I loved staying in this house. What we found most entertaining/charming was the abundance of wildlife we could view out our sliding glass doors. The lake behind this home attracted eagles, osprey, ducks, pelicans, river otters, fish, turtles, and yes...even an alligator that sunned himself on the far bank. The house was clean and comfortable for us & our visiting family. We truly enjoyed our time in Florida.

Overall the stay was good. Many light bulbs were out - especially the front door and master bath

This rental was pet friendly which we lost our pet before arriving unfortunately. The house smelled of dog very bad. But that is what we rented and understand. Pool heat was not hot at all. It was very cold in florida so that maybe why.

Great location but needs some upgrade

We enjoyed our stay here. It is walkable and pretty quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is great as it is close to stores and highway to go to Orlando and everywhere else. The pool is a big perk but the water is cold so we didn't get to dip in except our legs. Some issues in the kitchen - oven burns the top of your food, most outlets don't work. If you plan to cook you won't find basic items like salt & pepper. There is a coffee machine but you will have to buy your own ground coffee. The king bed is quite firm so it's not as comfortable as we expected it. The water temp in the shower is slightly too hot for our comfort. Overall it's a good place if you plan to go out and about and enjoy Orlando.

Much To Be Desired

The home itself not in great condition. It was dirty both inside and out from wear and tear. The large plant outside the front door is dead and should be removed. The furnishings are old and many pieces are broken (chairs/tables). The threshold piece between the MBR and MB is loose and needs to be repaired. The pool alarm looks like is was wired by a child with electrician tape and double-tape. No front porch light. Ice machine in refrigerator did not work until I repaired it. Dirty under all of the cushions on the couch and loveseat. Carpet in front room is filthy and needs replaced. Best of all there was blood splattered on the dryer and door to the garage which we had to clean. The grout on the tile floors needs cleaned. Linens were sparse. The air conditioning needs to be serviced. The pool area was dirty and needs power washed. The back sliding door to the pool is missing a slat for the curtains. And finally, the neighborhood was quite interesting. I would not recommend this home to any serious VRBO members.

We were fleeing Tampa and Hurricane Milton and Craig worked with us about bringing our pets. He was very accommodating in letting us repeatedly extend our stay based on the extenuating circumstances. Craig gave me instructions for getting a key from the lock box to open the door and the next day I figured out what I was doing wrong. The house was fully stocked with towels and the only thing that didn't function quite right was the controller for the shower in the main bathroom. It allows for only two temperature settings, too cold or too hot. Everything else worked well and we really liked the layout of the house which was very roomy and comfortable. The view out of the pool patio sliding glass doors is very nice of the pond behind the house where we spotted a small alligator enjoying himself swimming. View details

Great Location

We came and stayed with our family of 7, kids ages 1-13. Loved the alarm on back door for safety. Was never worried about a child leaving the door open and the baby getting out. Everything was clean, air worked great, pool was clean. It was the perfect location for going to Busch Gardens and Sea World.

Close to golf and shopping

What can you say about George !!!! He was our contact with the house. If he says he is going to do something he does. The house was ready for us when we got there. Easy to access and great view of the lake.. The buzzer for the pool alarm is a pain in the neck.... we ended up making a game out of it who sets off the alram... We would use this location for sure.. Thanks so much for your help Marty & Allyson

Great location, beautiful view

We haven't been on vacation in almost two years & were afraid to travel. But we decided to get away and take the drive from NY to FL to have a break from the hustle and bustle of NY. We we fell in love with the property, the view from the pool over looking the lake is beautiful, location of the house is great. The master bedroom bed was a bit on the tall side and a bit squeaky from the box spring but nothing we couldn't get used to. Everything was great from start to finish, George was availableto answer any questions we had during the booking process. we would definitely book again. Thanks for everything to make our stay great

Great stay, sure want to come back sometime

Pool is awesome with view at a small lake. Neighborhood is gated, very clean and quiet. Property is clean and very nice. If you want to stop by at the ocean - Atlantic is 1 hour drive to the East. Cocoa Beach is the best.

Very help and quick responses

Great property and great location. property manager was extremely helpful and responded to emails within minutes each time. The pool backed up to a little lake with a preserve on the other side. Even the pool cleaner was nice! All and all the perfect house to stay in while being in Orlando

Great for families!

We stayed here Feb 2020 and found the home to be clean and very well equipped. It was truly a home away from home! In addition George, from the property management company was a gem! Very friendly and accommodating!

Good value

Pictures are accurate. Location is 30-40 minutes from most attractions. Great walking area in quiet neighborhood. Groceries are close, decent restaurants are not. Need a BBQ grill. House needed a deep clean. Property manager was excellent.

Nice view of lake.

We spent a Couple or days going down to Mecum auctions. Great location close to fairgrounds. Home is in good condition and comfortable. Would stay here again.
