The location is perfect for a weekend at wisp. Great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. My group had 5 total and there was plenty of space for us!

Overall clean, good communication. ANTS EVERYWHERE. We noticed the ants before we even brought any food into the unit. I messaged the host, they responded very quickly and mentioned they help resolve the issue. I never heard anything. We also were there only two nights.

Very happy of our stay at this house. We will probably return. The facilities matched the description. Fully stocked kitchen. Two comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a loft with bunk beds for the kids. Very well located to access the ski slopes. Grocery store a couple of minutes away by car. A convenient personalized Roku system for streaming and a good working wifi. We also used the indoor pool just 150 yards away. We had no need to communicate with host because everything went smooth. The only small issue we had is that the fireplace electric exhaust sometimes seemed to struggle to take in all the smoke.

Lakeside getaway

Our family really enjoyed the stay at this property for a long weekend! There was 5 of us- 2 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 7-16, plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Well stocked from the kitchen to the linens. Great location, right across from lake access and close to shops. Check in and out were very easy. There is a communal indoor pool that we enjoyed as well! We hope to visit again! Thank you!!

Nice home, conveniently located to stores, shops, and restaurants, with a lake view. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels. Kitchen is small, but loaded with all the spices you could ever need. Had a very enjoyable time at this property and will rent it again in the future.

It has a good location but the home needs attention on a number of small things. It would be good if it had remotes for the bedroom TV’s, also with working batteries. It needs some cosmetic repairs, and dusting.

Convenient and Had Everything We Needed And More

The stay at Sans Souci was excellent. The location was convenient to everything "Deep Creek". We were able to get anywhere we needed in a 15 minute drive max. We cooked a fire by the creek and swam in the indoor pool. As a heads up, the fire pit and indoor pool are community amenities, so they are shared with others. The stay itself was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the bunk beds, and us grown-ups loved the queen bedrooms. The jacuzzi tub and hammock were a nice touch. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and spice you could ever need, plus more. It was a great stay overall, but I will say that the place was not very clean. We found old food under the dressers. There was mold in the 2nd guest bathroom. The bathtub was really dirty and needed to be wiped down. The floors were not super clean, and we had to rewash many of the dishes. Overall, we would definitely recommend the stay, it was convenient and affordable. It had everything we needed to have a great weekend.

When arriving, be sure to check that the power switch is turned on to the AC unit and that the routers are plugged in. This is something that guests shouldn't have to do.

Cute Townhome with Lake View

The home was cute, and just the right size for the four of us. Not much sitting space in the living room, but we managed. Place was pretty dusty, so the cleaning crew needs to due a better job. It snowed before we got this the home, and there was no shovel or salt for us to clear a path to enter/exit safely. I called the property manager and they were supposed to send someone, but no one ever showed. Luckily there were neighbors that had shovels for us to borrow. Overall, we would probably rent again….but definitely will bring a shovel & salt if it’s winter time.

The property is convenient to Wisp and a variety of food options. It was clean and well-supplied and parking was easy. There were three drawbacks to the property: 1) The lighting in the condo is extremely dim throughout and really should be changed; the entire time we were there, I just wanted to flick on a bright overhead light. 2) Seating in the living area is minimal. There is a small couch and a chair. Otherwise there is really no place to gather in the condo, except perhaps at the dining table. 3) The TVs use Roku so shows are very limited unless you sign in to your own streaming accounts. Overall, the condo was well-priced for what it was.

Great location. Property had problems and property manager was terrible

The location of this house was great. The listing specifically says indoor pool, but because this is a seasonal location, the pool was not open during our stay. The house had crumbs all over the living room and couch. Dirty dishes, pots and pans were placed into the cabinets. The lighting in the whole house was very dim. One of the two showers leaked so much we could not use it during our stay. The listing has since been fixed but it did list two bunkbeds in the loft so one of my sons had to sleep on the floor. I contacted the property manager daily and never received an appropriate response for all of the issues. The smoke detectors were outdated and were unplugged. I would not recommend staying at this location unless the property manager has a better response time.

First timers at Deep Creek/Sans Souci

The location of the townhouse is perfectly placed. Less than a five minute drive to shopping, entertainment, dining, and the lake. The home itself has everything you'd need for a stay of any length. Plenty of towels, comfy furniture/beds, ample kitchen supplies (quite an impressive selection on the spice rack!), plenty of TV's and games (really handy for the rainy days we experienced), the indoor pool, and an overall relaxing atmosphere. We did, however, encounter two issues. The cleanliness of the floors was not evident. My wife and kids like to walk around barefoot and by the end of the day, their feet were black from dirt. I brought this to the local team's attention and they offered a solution. I told them it was not a big deal and to not worry about it. I simply wanted to point out the issue and that it was immediately responded to. The other issue was the ants. They were everywhere by our second day there. They seemed to be entering through the sliding glass doors to the patio area because we found large amount of them there. We found them throughout the living room area and a handful by our groceries we had purchased the night before. Upon inspecting the floor by the patio doors, I discovered food scraps under the couch that appeared to have been there for several days and the ants were concentrated on it. I understand that the home is near water/woods, so insects are inevitable. Perhaps a little more attention to thorough cleaning is needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci.
