The 8 of us had a wonderful time at this location. The condo was very clean and had many features that were wonderful. Very nicely apportioned especially the beach chairs which worked out wonderfully

Wonderful time!

We were a group of eight adults staying five days at the penthouse. The place was clean and the management company was timely in their response. The advertisement of the place showed a rooftop jacuzzi but it was broken. They made up for it by giving us a free night. We had a great time! Thank you!

Great place to stay!

There were 7of us from age 15 to adult. There was plenty of room in the condo for all of us to have our own spaces. The teens loved the ping pong in the teen room and the tennis court. I loved the pool. The beach was beautiful and a quick walk from the condo. Bocobay was the most responsive host I have EVER worked with. I literally texted them several times a day with questions, requests, etc and they always responded incredibly quickly and were very helpful. The condo was spotless, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The AC worked great - even on the second floor. We were minutes away from the best grocery store and tons of shops and restaurants. We all had beach chairs, there were plenty of keys (although a keypad would be nice). The kitchen was well stocked (I do recommend getting a large skillet), and Bocobay kept us well supplied with soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. I would recommend using your phone flashlight in the underground parking garage because it is pitch black during the day (well lit at night). It was a wonderful vacation!

looking for relaxing beach vacation with adult kids

This property has an excellent location and layout. 5 stars.It gets a 4 because most of our issues could be easily fixed except for the terrace which needs major attention. (I'm not sure if this is owners or managing company). As a unit boasting a 10 person occupancy our party of 5 found: Only 1 drinking glass (manager brought us a set of 6 when we asked), only 1 set of keys (we were sent instructions with a keypad lock, and then were told that hasn't been working for months) obviously 1 set of keys does not work when you have a group with different activities, manager tried to fix did not work, no grill tools (we bought so we could use the grill), only 3 beach chairs (specifically asked about this when booking) so we had to buy 2 as they couldn't help us, no kitchen towels for clean up, no cookie sheet to bake anything flat like a pizza, only 5 chairs at table so if you had 10 people you could not sit all at once.Recommendations: hooks on wall by front door for hanging towels, beach bags etc would help with sand tracking, three more chairs at least for table and a dry broom/dust pan to sweep sand (swifter doesn't work well for this), plastic barware for outside use (put a note on the terrace door asking people to use plastic as it is windy) The terrace shouldn't even be included - between all of the broken glass, broken hot tub, dead plants/broken pots and a shed with a broken door that bangs in the wind it is not as advertised nor was it relaxing to sit out there.

We reserved this unit approximately six to seven months in advance, with the understanding—based on the listing photos—that it included a hot tub. We have stayed in other units within this building in the past, all of which had fully operational hot tubs on the rooftop deck.About a week prior to our arrival, we were informed that the hot tub in this particular unit was not operational. This was quite disappointing, especially given that the amenity was prominently featured in the listing photos and factored into our decision to book the property. Only after I contacted the management company did they indicate that the hot tub photos would be removed. However, upon arrival, the hot tub remained on the rooftop, filled with dirty water, which further detracted from the experience.Additionally, the rooftop deck was not well maintained. Several chairs and lounge chairs were extremely weathered and dried out to the point that they were unsafe and unusable.While the interior of the unit was generally in acceptable condition, there were maintenance concerns. The blinds in the primary bedroom did not close properly, and the shower in the primary bathroom did not drain adequately, causing water to accumulate like a bathtub with each use.Given the overall condition and the non-operational amenity that was advertised, we do not feel the unit was worth the price paid and would not choose to stay here again. I have visited Aruba 10 to 12 times and have consistently had positive exp
