The view was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. I enjoyed the walk around the resort including a trip to the on site restaurant. The resort is close to town and very close to Coki Beach.

Honeymoon in paradise

We absolutely loved this condo and would stay here again! The friendliest staff, the most beautiful view, and they set the room up as a honeymoon suite which was awesome. Good parking - would recommend renting a car.

Loved it!

The view from the balcony is truly unmatched. You can see the view from the bedroom as well! I loved staying here and would highly recommend! I will miss drinking coffee on this balcony every morning, so perfect.

Excellent Location

What an excellent place to stay for the week. The room itself could use some touch up. The view is amazing and completely makes up for any short comings of the room. Would definitely book a stay here again. It is at the top of the hill, be prepared to climb some stairs…totally worth it in my book.

Beautiful location

Had such a wonderful time . Property was clean , views were to die for . The staff was always so friendly and helpful . We took a taxi from the property when we wanted to go explore and never waiting long for anyone . Food and drinks at the bar downstairs was amazing as well . Definitely will be back.

The view is unrivaled. Staff is friendly, clean property, listing was very accurate, comfortable environment. Fun restaurant great pools, always chairs. One bedroom sea view with vaulted ceiling unit is incredible. Highly recommend.

Awesome view. Bed needs to be replaced. Also, property should supply beach chairs for guest use. Love the trails on the property and the multiple pools.

Christmas on the Island

Great location, great restaurants, the island is still recovering from 2 hurricanes so lots of unfinished projects and debris throughout the island. A lot of stairs at this location so beware if you’re not up to it. Unbelievable weather in paradise and would likely go back and stay at the exact same unit because the vistas were unparalleled.

A stunning view of islands looking north from St. Thomas.

Would have been helpful if the resort had communicated a bit about the check-in process prior to our stay. A few items were in need of repair such as the plantation shutters between the living room and bedroom and the small blender which did not work. The resort's pools were very well kept.

Breath taking views

Amazing place, incredible views. From our balcony we could se the dolphins of Coral World. The kitchen was fully equipped. Just a 5 minutes drive from red hook. We celebrated a birthday in Ocean 180 and the food was amazing. The only thing i would say it could be better is the air conditioning, not cold enough. But everything else great!

Stay was pleasant. Condo was spacious. Balcony amazing. Close walk to Coral Word park and Margaritaville. Shower could have been cleaned better. Staff was pleasant. One restaurant one closed during our stay and there was no fitness center per staff. Wish we would have known that. Otherwise stay was fine.

Point Pleasant Resort

My overall impression of this property is that it is old and shows a lot of wear. This begins at the front gate that is manually opened and closed for visitors, not very Impressive. The very steep and rough drive to the main admin building has deep potholes and a very uneven surface. The front desk had a broken piece of tile right where documents and such were being signed. My suite - D23 - was clean but very tired. I was pleased and impressed with the layout and size of the accommodations especially the deck, The views from the deck were breathtaking. Overall, I was very pleased and thought the stay was an extremely good value for the rate paid, especially considering property alternatives. Good value - probably will not return.

Best Views Ever!

Lovely resort overall! The views were the best part of it!! Very easy check in and check out process. All the staff was exceptional and so friendly and helpful! The Shoreline Grill located at the resort had a great bartender and great food while being super convenient! Only downside to the actual room was when we arrived a few things weren’t very clean such as the fridge and counter space were not wiped down. The king bed was decently comfy for a resort but the pull out couch was awful! We didn’t think that the pull out couch would even make it through the week we were staying. Thin and all you could feel were the springs. Only complaint overall!

Phenomenal view but

Love the view but the all the cabinets need cleaning, the bedroom sliding door one section is broken, the living room cable box is not working, some plaster pieces of the wall missing beneath the wall clocks the A/C is struggling to keep the bedroom and the living room cool, the living room couch/bed is dated and uncomfortable to sleep on, the resort pools are not clean. We are just reporting what we see and reported in the VRBO message.

Beautiful views

Overall we loved the condo. The views from the wrap around balcony are great. There’s plenty of dressers for clothes and nicely decorated. I agree with most of the other reviews. Suggestion for the owner - coffee cups could be bigger and Pam cooking spray would be nice. The comments on the air conditioning - pull all the curtains before you leave and the ac is plenty cool enough. I did contact the owner (or rep from Point Pleasant) that both my husband and I had rashes, bites that were swollen. My doctor said it looked to be bedbugs. I sent that note and photos with no response. It is reportable by law to have it tested. I did not ask for any type of refund. butt I would insist on a health official report. If they had responded to our concern I would not be leaving it in the review.
