Beautiful PGA Condo that accommodates 4 guests featuring 2 queen beds and 1 full bathroom, Open concept Kitchen/Livingroom for short or long term vacation stays. We have a spacious screened in patio that you can have breakfast in .... Quiet and relaxing...You can golf (At a walking distance from the PGA Golf Club that features three championship courses ) or swim in our beautiful community pool (currently being updated) or attend the NY Mets Spring Training less than 5 min away from the First data field. Or just relax at one of our Florida Beaches. Great restaurants including the Tarpon Bar and Grill in the PGA Golf Clubhouse... and minutes from I 95. If you need more space you can rent the studio attached that features 2 full size beds and a full bathroom and a Kitchenette.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

short, but excellent stay

We chose this unit because it is close to Mets Spring Training. The condo was perfect for our needs and the communication with Cheryl was fast and helfpul. We had some minor hiccups on the day that we arrived, but she was abel to fix everything very quickly. The condo had everything that we needed for this stay and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Nice place

For my needs the size of the unit was perfect. The location was not quite what I was looking for as it did not back up to the golf course and because it was on corner of main road it was quite love with cars /trucks while sitting outside. As the unit was clean , the floors and the patio floor were a bit dirty. Pool was quite important to me. Thank you for access to that other pool but would prefer just being able to walk. Hoping that gets fixed Thank you

We apologize for any inconvenience. Our condo is not on a main road, however it is on the access road in the PGA Golf Villages to get to PGA golf course.

Convenient to PGA Golf Club

The condo is in such a convenient location for playing golf at PGA Golf Club. The unit was clean and adequately stocked with essentials. Finishes and furnishings are not luxury, but the condo is well maintained. The screened porch is a nice feature of the property. The view from the porch is the landscaped areas of the development by the main intersection leading into PGA Golf Club. Ceilings are high and all major rooms have ceiling fans. Sliding doors onto the porch from the living room and a door to the porch from the bedroom add to the indoor outdoor living appeal of Florida. The second floor unit requires walking up stairs, as there is no elevator. The pool was under renovation during our visit, so it was not accessible to us. While there is no sidewalk directly to Golf Villas 1, the sidewalk begins a few hundred yards away, so walking or exercising from the condo are possible but not extremely easy. Restaurants are a short drive away, and, if you are willing to walk on the roadside, the PGA Golf Club dining options are within a short walk as well. Overall, I recommend this rental, especially for golfers playing in the area.
